“Auxillis were exceptional. Communication was efficient and polite and the courier who delivered my loan car was very courteous. The loan car was great, a Kia Sportage and was spotless inside and out. After an accident this is just the service you need, it takes the sting out of an accident. I’d thoroughly recommend them.”

“Just a comment of Charging Admin fees on your credit card withoght your knowledge. Its against the Law. Solicitors one tried to take money out of bank accounts and off Debit Cards etc, withought notifying the client during family divorce proceedings, and also House Conveyance etc. Its like Hotels etc charging your card withought your permission. Its Not Lawfull withought your consent each and every individual time. The only lawful way to take money is Via a Direct Debit, where they can Vairy the amount? If anyone takes money withought your permission, its Fraud / Theft. You have to be asked and have it Explained what the charge is first, so you can Agree or Dispute it. Imagine checking your bank account to find money went out ? And you didn't order anything from Amazon or Ebay etc? That is Theft / Fraud. So its no different to Hotels or any other businesses. Not only that the company must first send you a copy of the Speeding or Parking Fine ? Then you can Dispute it, or Agree to Pay it. Why is a "ADMIN FEE" a Speeding Fine ? Unfortunately they should charge you a "SPEEDING FINE", and make it clear if they have Paid the Fine already, or Requesting you to Pay up Front. Posably you need to check your contract agreement with them (T& C's). I suspect 8n there they Reserve the Right to charge you for Motoring offences like Speeding Fines, however it doesn't mean they have permission to Automaticaly Take it from your Bank account withought your Consent each and every time. Clearly their Own interpretation of their T & C's is the Issue.”

“Nightmare from start to finish. Told me had a car for us in few hours,we contacted them for them to say the person who told us MADE A MISTAKE. Had to borrow a car as was going away. The hire car was meant to turn up the day after we returned but was there 2 days before and left parked across 2 parking bays!!! And in permit parking only. Luckily we has a neighbour who told us and kindly put a permit on it to park till we returned. Was a stressfull before our holiday as well as on the last day trying sort out so we would not get a parking fine”

“The car was delivered on time, it was easy to extend the hire period by a phone call and when we had finished a simple call got the car collected having left the key in a safe place.”

“Awfull service, told me my car would be with within a few hours. Waited nothing contacted them only to be told it was a mistake, have to wait 2 more days. Car was delivered whilst I was not home keys left and the car was parked through two parking bays which were not mine to use, luckily my neighbours were ok with this”

“They charged me £60 admin fee ... Because I did 80 mph in 70 mph due a child needing toilet . They don't tell you that ticket was issued and charged me £60 without asking because they have your credit card details . No admin is £60 . So I find them robbers do not use !”

“Car was delivered next day after I had a shunt in my own car,nice and clean ,a new Vauxhall corsa good wee car to get me around and pick up was smooth the delivery guys were very nice ,what you would expect from a hire car .”
