“I feel like the shots are working. My complaint is with the syringe and needles. Two times now the needle caused me to bruise. I take another shot with a smaller needle and the pharmacy sends way more than I'll ever need so I just put the liquid into that one instead. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.”

John, I am sorry to hear about your difficulty figuring out the injector. I do remember responding to this one specifically and including a video explainer. Perhaps our response went to spam, but we offered to walk you through the injector and replace twice as many shots as you lost. “I had surgeries many years agoo and a lot of my small intestine was taken out so I don't get B vitamins from the foods I eat. I can't do pills because that's still not going to be absorbed, so I thought I'd give the B12 shots a try.
