“Quality product. Very easy to assemble. Was also happy with the free organic cotton crib sheet. Hoping will make nursing easier & safer at night. The grey I ordered was much more of a beige, which was what I wanted.”

“Received my.ickle bubba pram in excellent condition. Had a little problem with delivery as it took longer then specified although customer service was great, very helpful. Pram is very smart. But disappointed with quality of the hood as I think this could be a bit more sturdy aswell as the front wheels seem to bend instead of.roll over bumps at times. My little girl didn't seem comfy in the car seat at all and the rain cover is a nightmare to get on as it's really tight. Despite these flaws (probably just me) I Am please with the pram. I think it's one of the nicer looking ones at a lower price as my daughter has been very comfy in the pram and buggy parts of it. And it just fits in our small fiat boot if we take the parcel shelf out and separate the pram from the frame.”

“Placed order for Stork Child Care Stove Knob covers. Was then informed they were temporarily out of stock, offered an alternative but told those ordered should be back in stock in four days. Agreed to wait but was then told of further delay. Product finally despatched 22 days after order placed (and then when it did arrive proved not fit for purpose!).”

“Bought eight for upstairs with active grandkids. Very easy to fit, although I had to buy shorter screws, as my window frames have a metal lining which screws could not penetrate.”

“Ordered an item, received an email to say it had been dispatched. Only to have received an email a few days later informing me that it won't be back in stock following 2 weeks. Emailed following 2 weeks only to be told that I still had to wait a few more days. Would have much preferred to be informed that the item was not in stock at the time of placing the order.”
