Ordered a stair gate over a month ago and it never arrived. Have received no explanation as to why it's taken so long. Emailed and rang several times and received no response.

I ordered the stair gates and paid for next day delivery and it’s now day 5 and still haven’t received them. I have also emailed baby security about getting my next day deliver money returned and compensated for the inconvenience and haven’t had a reply either

I am highly disappointed your service…..the item ( 2 baby travel cot) I ordered for 100£ Was getting for 59£ from other site but I ordered with you because I needed next day delivery which was 14 of April but I still didn’t receive the items I am so upset and won’t receive the items any more and I will acquire my cash back

The wrong item was delivered, then when the right item was eventually delivered it had scratches and marks and glue all over it. Shocking, really.

I ordered 1 pack of two and you charged me for 2 packs of 2 and when I emailed you I got no reply I’m not happy about this at all I want a refund for 1 pack of 2

I have placed order on 14th of September and I still have not received my item. On website showing 2-3 days delivery time. After a week called them, they promised to chase it up and call me back. Nothing happened. Called after one more week and I was told that the supplier is OOS with that item which I ordered. I called supplier directly and they said that they have the item in stock!! I called baby security again and they kept telling me that supplier is OOS.. So it’s been almost 4 weeks - no news, no updates, no tracking information provided.. They don’t reply to emails. Over the phone they keep saying that they will check information and call me back - NOTHING! Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. Not enough information.

On the tracking information; which has been sent through to you, it shows that this was delivered to your letterbox. Wrong item (cheaper model) been sent. I had contact with you and one of your colleague ask me if I can send pictures of item whic has been sent mistakenly. I did what she wanted from me. But still waiting for response and you keep sending me advertise mail. Do I need to call you every day ? To get my refund or item which I paid for.
