I ordered 2 blackout blinds & they were delivered 2 weeks ago. The blinds are a great concept however do not for the window properly therefore let too much light in and one has a tiny hole in the middle of it. I emailed you straight away as it appears I need to have consent from yourselves to send anything back and never heard back so a week later I emailed you again and still nothing! I'm not impressed and have blinds that are no use and I am £50 out of pocket! Will never use you again!!!!!

Placed an order for a stair gate, at the time of writing this its been nearly a week (6days out of a 1-3 estimated delivery time) and still no sign of the stair gate.

I haven’t even received my order from You!! You have taken the money out of my account and haven’t replied to my last 3 emails asking where my order is!! Terrible service. Took my money and didn’t even deliver the product!! So now I’m 50 pound down and no high chair for my baby. Still waiting for a response!

website kept crashing or taking along time to progress - i missed out on the 5% drop coupon because i gave up trying to order my item and then when the website seemed better i've missed out now.

I placed an order on 21st January, it’s been over a month and I still have not received it item. I sent an email to chase this up and did not receive a reply. Disgusting!

I never received my it's. So cannot say if it is good or not. However I did order the item next day delivery to never actually get it. It wasn't until I called to ask 2 days later where it was they informed me it wasn't in stock and they can't send it out. Yet they were still happy to take my money and not refund automatically as other companies do. Clearly building some interest before they refund.

Miss informed on original purchase so changed from motorolla to the luvion prestige touch 2 and nothing but problems due to customer service staff's liying and mis - handling of information and constantly lied too then having to do all I could to move on I involved the MD to which he moved things on to then receive a heated email from me due to the disgracfull service from this company and the staff, I would never put forward for anyone to use this and seek other suppliers. Over my original purchase was End of Jan 2017 and took my replacement model almost 2months to deliver complete order then problems with the equipment started and I was made out to be untruthful, if you have this problem my advice would be to get a full refund and do not be srtung along and take pictures of any returns you send as my products were not damaged or faulty and I was not told of this until I contacted for an update was told the camera had a large scratch and rattle, this had not been taken out the box but yet was told otherwise. Customer service staff I would rate 0 in every way, bad manners, rude, incompetent, misleading and incorrect information given and is backed up back the heads of this company so a happy resolution will never be had. As for the MD getting involved to sort things although to some degree this helped but overall customer satisfaction is not a high priority on the list and this shows because the staff also have the same attitude. Also having given this company time to resolve the problem also takes time away from being able to send the items back. An utter disgrace in performance, customer service, handling of information and handling of problems and customer issues may as well be none existent because it does not seem to matter if the customer is not happy as long as they think they have done enough then they find it acceptable, if I had the time to take Baby Security to a small claims court I would have due to the legal advise I have gained in my situation but I will make sure people know about the below zero performance of this disgraceful company and its disgraceful customer care as they think customer service is having unhappy customers, I think my dog would handle customers with more respect, and care. Never again I will use this company but the product is good shame Luvion don't do direct sales because it would cut out this very bad service which this company is giving them a very poor reputation.

Would not reimburse money when they could not replace faulty product. Only offered store credit which was insufficient to replace product. Took more than EIGHTEEN month to resolve.

Avoid this company. You take a risk of losing your money as Package undelivered. Won’t give us a refund or resend the goods so out of pocket. The person we spoke to was unwilling to help even though we have reported the package stolen to the police and the delivery company say it’s up to this company to resolve. Again Stay away. You take a risk of not getting what you order.

Would not recommend this company. A mistake was made on my end regarding the delivery postcode. I put in two different postcodes on the delivery by accident as I’ve currently just moved and included my old address and my new one. But instead of getting in contact with me to clarify the mistake like most companies would. They just decided to guess what the right postcode was and picked the wrong address. But when I was contacted by the currier the delivery address was my current address. After being sitting at home waiting for 3 days, I got into contact with the currier who told they’re was no delivery to my current address but there was one to my old address. They then told me to contact the supplier. The supplier made me aware of my mistake and said they’ll rectify the mistake and get back to me. 3 days had passed and I hadn’t heard from the currier or the supplier. So I’ve had to contact the supplier again who informed me that they can’t get in contact with the currier and they can’t do anything on their end. So now it’s been a week and some....since I ordered this saftey gate. I’m still no closer to having it or even knowing where it is for that matter. I asked if I could just cancel the order as this had become abit of a joke and I needed the safety gate a week ago. But was told this is not possible as the supplier does not have the item as its with the curries. So from this point forward I’ll just be using amazon as you just don’t encounter these silly problems.

Would never use again! Ordered a stair gate was never emailed to tell me it was out of stock. Now had to cancel my god daughter coming to stay for a holiday as not safe and have to wait 5 to 7 days for money to return to my PayPal account. Was offered another gate that was alot more money why would I pay more!!!

I ordered sheets to fit a Stokke cot. All 3 colours were listed as being in stock. After several days I had an email to say these weren’t in stock but would be in a week. I waited over 5 weeks, being told each time that I enquires that they a delivery was expected within a week. In the end I gave up and requested a refund, which was swiftly processed. These are the cheapest DKGlove sheets advertised so 2 months later I reordered them as they were again advertised as being in stock. The next day I got an email to say they weren’t in stock. When I questioned why they are shown as being in stock and sent screen shots showing that they’re all listed as being available I was told this is an issue with the website. I found it totally unacceptable and requested a refund immediately, which was quickly processed. I don’t think they can be trusted to deliver what you order, regardless of whether it’s listed as in stock, so it’s a frustrating experience.

sent me the wrong stair gate extended, then had the cheek to charge me £2.49 to send it back. no reply to emails.the item was second hand and poorly packaged.
