I never received my it's. So cannot say if it is good or not. However I did order the item next day delivery to never actually get it. It wasn't until I called to ask 2 days later where it was they informed me it wasn't in stock and they can't send it out. Yet they were still happy to take my money and not refund automatically as other companies do. Clearly building some interest before they refund.

I ordered a car seat that was shown in stock and paid for next day delivery as I needed it urgently. Then I heard nothing and no car seat was despatched or delivered. When I asked where my order was I received a reply stating it was out of stock and would come next week. The item is still shown on the website as available for next day delivery. Honestly, the prices may appear good but pay the bit extra and go elsewhere. Would not recommend and wouldn’t use again. Update: The car seat did arrive, about three weeks late, and guess what... it was the wrong one which I had to send back. Ended up eventually getting a refund and ordering off Amazon.

Website allows you to purchase something with a discount code they provide only to be called the next morning to be told there was actually an error and if you want the item youl need to pay an additional £64 - I followed the website instructions and used the code as directed so not my fault at all it allowed more of a discount as an error. Sales girl refused to honour the website price I’d payed for item so refunded me as I refused to pay additional money. Shocking service

It took two months to turn up and it was wrong when it got to me. I can't be bothered to argue it but it was the worst service ever.

I am truly exhausted with the dealing i have had with Baby Security for the last month. From the double charging of orders via amazon to the delayed refund, the wrong item being sent. A replacement being of very poor quality ad not as described to me being asked to cover the charge of refund of said item. With no supervisor or manager being available to speak and no advise as to when they would be able to speak, This has caused a huge amount of stress and upset

Miss informed on original purchase so changed from motorolla to the luvion prestige touch 2 and nothing but problems due to customer service staff's liying and mis - handling of information and constantly lied too then having to do all I could to move on I involved the MD to which he moved things on to then receive a heated email from me due to the disgracfull service from this company and the staff, I would never put forward for anyone to use this and seek other suppliers. Over my original purchase was End of Jan 2017 and took my replacement model almost 2months to deliver complete order then problems with the equipment started and I was made out to be untruthful, if you have this problem my advice would be to get a full refund and do not be srtung along and take pictures of any returns you send as my products were not damaged or faulty and I was not told of this until I contacted for an update was told the camera had a large scratch and rattle, this had not been taken out the box but yet was told otherwise. Customer service staff I would rate 0 in every way, bad manners, rude, incompetent, misleading and incorrect information given and is backed up back the heads of this company so a happy resolution will never be had. As for the MD getting involved to sort things although to some degree this helped but overall customer satisfaction is not a high priority on the list and this shows because the staff also have the same attitude. Also having given this company time to resolve the problem also takes time away from being able to send the items back. An utter disgrace in performance, customer service, handling of information and handling of problems and customer issues may as well be none existent because it does not seem to matter if the customer is not happy as long as they think they have done enough then they find it acceptable, if I had the time to take Baby Security to a small claims court I would have due to the legal advise I have gained in my situation but I will make sure people know about the below zero performance of this disgraceful company and its disgraceful customer care as they think customer service is having unhappy customers, I think my dog would handle customers with more respect, and care. Never again I will use this company but the product is good shame Luvion don't do direct sales because it would cut out this very bad service which this company is giving them a very poor reputation.

This is a very old-fashioned retailer, in a time where most e-commerce functions on free returns for optimal customer service, Baby Security made it so hard for me to return a baby crib that I did not want. Not only they expect you to pay for the return, but they reserve the right to take money off your refund amount for random reasons such as if the box it comes back in has brown tape on it, not transparent tape (!!!). I am so uncomfortable with BabySecurity and I won't be using them again. All their products are also available elsewhere online, and hassle-free.

Bad experience and won't order from baby security again. They were falsely advertising a product online , which I ordered, received the incorrect item and then was told they don't actually have that item stocked. After much back and forth (they aren't easy to get hold of -'d being told I must have made it up and they don't advertise that product!!!) I was told sorr the returns out ! They offered some poor options to solve this and just generally bad customer service.

Ordered on a Saturday and paid extra for "Next Day Delivery" expecting therefore the item would arrive Tuesday. Received no dispatch updates so I made numerous phone calls to establish whereabouts, to be assured it would arrive. It didn't...it arrived on Wednesday (too late as we'd already left for holiday and needed the items). Disappointed.

On recieving my product found it had a different connector to the one on my unit,emailed to inform babysecurity of this to find out what to do and recieved no reply.

Poor communication and over a month to deliver our baby monitor without any offer of compensation. I ordered from them to save a couple of pounds and wish that I hadn't!

I ordered a pet gate and paid for next day delivery. Booked half day off to sign it delivery at between 1230-1330. The purchased gate did not delivered on time. I tracked it, I discovered it has been delivered at wrong address. I had to find out where is address from the delivery company as it will only re collected and delivered on Monday the week after purchased. I went to collect it from the wrong address, it did not fit my Audi TT coupe, therefore I had to hire a taxi to deliver it to my property. It cost me money to get the item. Baby security should pay for the item recollection and delivery to my home address rather I pay its delivery twice. I regret that I lost 1/2 day work earning and then paying for it to recollect to my home address.

Ordered an item, received an email to say it had been dispatched. Only to have received an email a few days later informing me that it won't be back in stock following 2 weeks. Emailed following 2 weeks only to be told that I still had to wait a few more days. Would have much preferred to be informed that the item was not in stock at the time of placing the order.

sent me the wrong stair gate extended, then had the cheek to charge me £2.49 to send it back. no reply to emails.the item was second hand and poorly packaged.

I ordered a baby gate, it took 9 days to come (despite 3-5 day delivery promised) email response slow, I complained and still am yet to have explanation.

These guys don't stock the best sellers. Things like the "Which? Best Buys" just don't appear in their range (e.g., car seats, I wanted the Kiddy Guardianfix Pro 2 1/2/3 car seat). Then, when you find what you want, the price is often significantly higher than John Lewis / Amazon / many other competing vendors. "Checking prices" isn't good enough, guys - you need to match or beat them. I won't be shopping here again.

I ordered a safety playpen for my 6 month old. As soon as I opened the box I saw the playpen had rust, scratches and black marks. I emailed them straight away but got no response for 2 days. I then had to call and send photos before they would arrange collection. A week after collection i still did not have my refund. It was only done after I chased them. Despite being a damaged product they would not refund the original delivery charge as I had requested next day delivery. Being a company dealing with baby products you would expect a much higher quality control. Im now left paying delivery for a item I needed urgently never got to use . I would never use this company again.
