After almost 2 months of waiting I have yet to receive my baby monitor! I have called twice to enquire and was only told of a problem when I asked, the company failed to contact me and inform me that it would take so long to be ordered from a distributor. I suspect this company has low stock and advertises items it does not have, but fails to communicate this to customers! I have made a complaint and asked for discount and a follow up from management and this has not happened either. Extremely amateur customer service and I am considering notifying a customer rights group to help me resolve the situation. Would advise against using their services as a result

poor customer service experience when buying 2 prams such a delay in the delivery and no assistance from baby security. Very poor would not recommend.

It took two months to turn up and it was wrong when it got to me. I can't be bothered to argue it but it was the worst service ever.

I ordered some items in August and I am still waiting for them to arrive! A few after the order was placed, I was emailed to say they were not in stock (not mentioned when making order) and would be in stock in 1-2 weeks, and asked if I wanted to change my order. 2 weeks was fine so I was happy to wait. 3 weeks later, having not received anything in the post and after not hearing anything from the company on whether items had arrived or not, I chased them up to be told there was still no date when they would arrive. I have now partially refunded the items that are still not in stock and am still awaiting the remainder items that were in stock. However, even this was not dispatched ‘immediately’ as I was told and yet again I had to chase this up! I asked for a voucher or some sort of compensation for my two month wait, but apparently the company does not deem it appropriate and clearly thinks a two month wait (plus! As I still haven’t received items) is acceptable! Avoid buying from here to save a few pounds and buy elsewhere where you will receive the items quickly and have decent customer service! UPDATE: I did not receive a refund for the last item that was sent out to me as stated in the response from company.

I was looking to order the Doona website and saw that baby security was doing a offer where you got a free bag. So I thought perfect I’ll order from them. I received the car seat in dune (beige) and the bag was the bright blue bag which matches the bright blue Doona car seat. I emailed the staff and asked to change the bag (as there selling the Doona bags in dune on there website) and they would not. Considering I am having a girl and how awful it’s going to look having a bright blue bag with a beige car seat? And then emailed asking to return it all and I’ll shop else where as shopping with them and getting the deal of the free bag was the whole reason I brought it off them. I am still waiting for a response and now being ignored. Especially spending nearly £300! For this car seat you can’t even get the bag that matches the car seat. Terrible! Would NEVER recommend or shop with them again.

Wouldnt even give 1 star ! False advertising a car seat that doesnt even exist so sent me an alternative, now wont send me a returns address link to send back , so i cant get a refund ! Do not use this website they are happy to take your money but not happy to help with customer service , the live chat doesnt help as they just end the chat and cut you off

Still waiting on delivery. very disappointing - ordered over a week ago. struggled to get in touch with company to be handed my hermes tracking number (eventually) which has been pointless as hermes tracking still awaiting item from supplier! no i have misplaced the tracking number (send on chat and history not saved - not supplied at any other point to my email once order was placed/dispatched) and babysecurity not available weekends to provide. hermes wont do anything without it. was told 'couriers struggling and expect delays'. firstly i can order from amazon today and receive the item tomorrow so that excuse isnt good enough and secondly at no point was this stated by babysecurity when ordered and choosing delivery. and then i receive an email asking for review for an item i dont even have!

I ordered a travel system and It said 2 /3 days delivery after getting confirmation saying my order was dispatched waited 4 days stil no order after emailing to find out what was happening I got told I won't get my pram til the middle of March very poor service

Not very clear on when you would get your item. Says it's been dispatched but it hasn't been dispatched to you. No communication, and unable to track your item even though I have tried multiple times now unsuccessfully.

Broke european law by holding my package hostage and charging postage fees after the money was already paid. Other then that the product is fine and works as advertised. I feel i was treated in a smug way. This sheer disregard of the law ensures that i will not make a purchase from here again.

My travel stair gate broke within a couple of days use. And having contacted company I have had little response. Waiting for me to forget I would suspect!

Baby gate installation instructions state baby gate must be 15cm away from top step. This isn't possible for us and would not have bought baby gate if this was on the product description. I have emailed Baby Security twice and reached out on Twitter to arrange a refund and compensation for return delivery costs but no response received.

Recieved baby gate in damaged box. It looked OK until I tried to open and a spring shot off and door fell off. Baby security asked for photos but didn't say anything other than they were in discussion with manufacturer. No gate at the top of my stairs = no safety. Not impressed

Absolute shambles of a company!!! We ordered a cot on the 14th December which showed as in stock on their website (it still does now which is a lie), we chose EU shipping at checkout as we live in Spain and it said 3-5 working days. We didn't hear anything from them so I contacted them on the live chat to be told the cot had been ordered in from the supplier and they were just waiting for it to arrive but it would now be there after Christmas. Quite annoying that we weren't informed of this but ok. I left it until after Xmas and then chased it up again to be told they were still waiting for the cot to arrive from Babymore, the supplier. I was sceptical at this point and felt I was being fobbed off so I contacted Babymore direct to find out if BabySecurity had even placed the order with them. Low and behold they hadn't. We then received an email from Charlotte at BabySecurity who said the cot had not been ordered in at all (this was now 11th Jan so almost a month after we had purchased) so basically they had been fobbing us off as I expected. Charlotte told us she was going order it herself and that it would be with them by the end of the week. Friday came again and we heard nothing from them so I called them to be told AGAIN the cot had not been ordered. They now said that the supplier would send the cot out directly to us (they told us that this was not possible originally with us being in Spain). The girl on the phone did not have a clue what was going on so I eventually cancelled the order for a refund. Complete waste of 5 weeks waiting for a cot that was never going to arrive. If it had been ordered when we actually placed the order it could have been here before Brexit as I now have to find another company to deliver this to Spain for me and will now incur export charges which is annoying as we ordered in plenty of time to have this delivered prior to 31st Dec!!! My baby is now due in 2 weeks and we do not have a cot and it is unlikely that we will get one in time, you have just added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time!! I struggle to see how this could of gone so wrong, you simply needed to order the cot from the UK supplier to be delivered at your warehouse then arrange for it to be sent to us. If there were any delays it is at least common courtesy to tell us as your customer rather than ignoring emails and live chat messages. The whole thing is a shambles and no one has any idea what they are doing. Like most of the other reviews, AVOID at all costs if you actually want your item to arrive!!!!

Item was deliver promptly but developed a fault after just a few days. I contacted customer service and supplied photos as requested. I few days later i received an email from them to say "It’s not our problem, it isn't a faulty product"...! Apparently they could tell this from a photo! They have offered no help whatsoever. Unfortunately, beforehand i hadn't read the reviews about their customer service (or lack of) otherwise i would have ordered from elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and purchase from somewhere else. - You have been warned!

DO NOT USE!!!! Positive reviews on this website are bought! I have been send the wrong product, thats not even advertised on their website. I was send something completely different because they dont have what Ive ordered. Not only they have send me the wrong product but also box was opened, product touched and played with and box damaged beyond repair. They dont reply to emails, ignore you and now I dont know how to get my money back from this thieving company. Their items are falsely advertised which is against the law! company needs to be investigated!

Terrible company. Took 6 months of constant chasing to receive the whole order. My baby arrived before the car seat! Customer service is disgusting, they will not contact you when they say they will and will flat out ignore your calls and emails. They said they had retrained staff but this made no difference. They blamed all delays on suppliers - read the others reviews! They sell products without having stock and are totally incompetent at getting the stock. Do not buy from this company unless you are desperate and they have all items in stock!

I would like to make a complaint about a recent order and they way I have been spoken to by someone at your head office. I am utterly appalled! So I came across your company at the baby show. I had never heard of you before. We were interested in the Chico Magic ''Bundle 1'' it was £239 and come with two sheets and a night light. I am currently 9 months pregnant and we fixed our chico last night, only to find no night light or sheets. I called head office at 10.44am today 07/12/18, phone was answered by a Female. I explained what had happened and she advised that apparently I didn't tick the box for the bundle. Ok fair enough, however I explained that why would I pay the same price and not want the bundle? She was SO rude, her tone was patronizing and condescending. I expected a gesture of goodwill given that there was no price difference. To which she sniggered as if i was saying something so outrageous. For the same price I should have received x2 sheets and a night light. Over a tick box I shouldn't have been treated this way. Out of principle I said, I feel like returning the item as I do not feel this is acceptable, to which she again sniggered as if she couldn't care less. She was like 'fine, but you will have to pay £15 to return'. So she would rather loose out on £239 than provide someone with good customer service and honor them with the original offer that attracted me to your company in the first place. I am 9months pregnant and I do not expect to be treated this way or spoken to SO rudely. I have many pregnant friends at the moment and will be deterring them from buying from a company like Baby Security, who have no value for their customers or any intentions on helping them with any issues. Please advise how I can return this item, I would rather pay £15 to return than give my money to a company who has no value for their customers and at 9months pregnant I should not have been spoken to in this manner. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Your staff need retraining on customer service. Anyone reading this, steer clear. They will give you the sales talk to make you buy but if you have problems you are greeting by rude, undermanned and untrained staff.
