“Items arrived when expected. Pleased except gate fastening. Grandson opened it straight away. He's nearly three, but need the gate, staircase steep. Top and bottom faster to close together in my opinion.”

“Easy to order well packaged but took 6 days to arrive on standard delivery would have paid the £2 extra for next day if buying again. Great product good price.”

“Delivery took a while. I was told it had been ‘dispatched’ but when it hadn’t arrived, it was me who had to follow it up and I was then told it would come the next day. It didn’t. It finally arrived ten days after the order. This inconvenience was made better by the customer care team at BabySecurity being available and responsive to my messages. So it’s only fair to recognise this!”

“Perfect size, I don't find the button to open it easy due to dexterity of my hands. However it stops the new puppy from jumping over Into the other rooms therefore very happy.”

“The baby gate that we bought to control our puppy’s movement is working just fine. It was well packed and delivered quickly. The only point I would raise is that the gate comes in a state where it wouldn’t close properly. Only when you assemble it in position does it come right. Yes the instructions tell you this but it doesn’t make for the easiest assembly. Overall I’m happy with the product and service.”
