“Happy with purchase however packaging was open and woodlouse was found on item. Can only assume this had been open in warehouse for it to get in”

“Impressed. Although the gate only just fitted the door frame, at 71cm wide which made it harder to fix initially, it is sturdy, looks good and easy to open. I bought it to exclude my new dog from the kitchen and like that I can operate it with one hand and choose whether it closes after me or stays open.”

“The gates are great, they do the job and are well made. One of the two's release button is a little sticky but nothing WD40 won't fix. They were a bit grubby when I opened the box though, there were patches of a red dust over the opening mechanism. Wiped off easy enough though.”

“Purchase was smooth and easy. Paid for expedited delivery which should have meant single day delivery. Unfortunately arrived later than expected, but suspect this was a fault of Royal Mail rather than BabySecurity as despatch notification was as expected.”

“I bought a pet gate,it's very good. But needed an extension to fit door.,which I ordered.Heard nothing for 8 days ,so phoned about the order.Lady I spoke to said it was out of stock,expect delivery end of Decemeber or beginning of January .As payment been taken for item, I would have thought I would have been contacted about the delay of said item.”

“Bought Lindam dual locking latch to use on our bin. Arrived promptly, fitted easily (self adhesive) and easy to open and relock. Aim is to keep the dog out of the bin! So far, so good...”

“The person I spoke to on the phone in customer services was pleasant, no issues getting through. The despatch was very swift and would have been with me within 2 days, which is excellent, had the courier Hermes, not delivered the item properly and returned it to the depot! I called BabySecurity again and they very promptly sorted this out. Although the courier then took their sweet time the following day. No issues with the website. Just the the courier.”

“Overall happy with the service/delivery I received. Not giving 5 stars as the product I ordered was not in stock (It was shown in stock at the time of purchase). When I contacted them to find out why it hadn't been delivered on the expected date they then informed me that the supplier was out of stock. We had to wait almost TWO months before we received the car seat.”
