“Was meant to arrive on Tuesday but didn’t. Emailed on wednesday to ask where my item was as still hadn’t arrived and they told me they didn’t have it in stock. 2 minutes later apparently it had been dispatched? Was a bit confused. But arrived on the Friday and the product is great! Great price just maybe don’t expect product to come the day they say it will.”

“Easy website found what i was looking for , was out of stock on amazon and ebay went direct to the site and item was on offer so cheaper than amazin and ebay and in stock! Quick and easy to pay and delivered on time , description exactly what product was so no surprises”

“The Callowesse bed guard , Arrived on time, but a bit of a struggle to assemble, but once done, it's very safe and sturdy, and looks to be very useful in the next few months for my Granddaughter, who has outgrown her cot.”

“Order was processed very fast and delivery on time. Good product which is a life saver for a 4months old clingy baby. The only thing I would say is about the wheels which could be made a bit more monouverable.”

“Had an issue with login where it wouldn't accept my password, used online chat & Kathryn was very patient & directed me through it but unfortunately even after she reset my password for me. The website still didn't let me login, so I had to checkout using guest.”

“Seems good the Size only just fitted and not a lot of space to adjust the pressure fits need to give it a while as my other pressure fit one fell out of the doorway when both Pugs pushed against it and the youngest is only 9m. I hope they can't move this one as being taller may hurt them if it is pushed out lower down.”

“The box containing the baby chair was 130cm depth. The item with suckers was 150cm. This meant the box bulged. Also the sellotape was added in a haphazard way, giving the impression it was a return or was damaged. Neither turned out to be the case & the item was good value for money with quick delivery. Presentation could be improved by enlarging the box & taking more care with the sealing of it.”

“Purchased a car seat which unfortunately was out of stock, I was instantly contacted by their customer services who informed me that they were desperately speaking with a supplier to arrange this for me although their hands were tired. In the end they kindly walked me through picking an alternative, better still it was shipped to me next day delivery. The best customer service I have received in a long time.”
