“Although we had a problem with delivery of an item , which was not the fault of Baby security but the Royal mail , Baby security were very helpful and proferssional in getting the matter resolved.Thank You would shop again.”

“Received my.ickle bubba pram in excellent condition. Had a little problem with delivery as it took longer then specified although customer service was great, very helpful. Pram is very smart. But disappointed with quality of the hood as I think this could be a bit more sturdy aswell as the front wheels seem to bend instead of.roll over bumps at times. My little girl didn't seem comfy in the car seat at all and the rain cover is a nightmare to get on as it's really tight. Despite these flaws (probably just me) I Am please with the pram. I think it's one of the nicer looking ones at a lower price as my daughter has been very comfy in the pram and buggy parts of it. And it just fits in our small fiat boot if we take the parcel shelf out and separate the pram from the frame.”

“We were impressed by Baby Security. The product was substantially cheaper than in Mothercare (over £100 cheaper when coupled with a voucher code found online). Due to high demand we had to wait longer for the product than initially stated. The product also couldn't be stored so we were dependent on a delivery. However, Baby Security notified us of this straight away. We had a couple of issues with the delivery. The set came in three stages and TNT were not especially helpful about telling us when the delivery was due. On a couple of occasions we waited in for the delivery but it didn't arrive. The customer service was good and any inquiries were responded to within a couple of working hours. We would use Baby Security again.”

“Delivery update could be more accurate/clearer. Item was stated as delivered in status update, and as it hadn't turned up I was concerned and called. Turned out it had just been dispatched on the day it was "delivered". At least it had arrived. Product was good.”

“I thought it was made of plastic but its made of foam and its very thin but to my surprise it fitted like a sunshade/cap (how it looks in the pic) and stayed in place. My son was weary at first and still cried, but when he realised the water wasnt getting in his eyes, he stopped crying.”

“Great item. Good quality. Excellent service from seller although colour choice wasn't available so item was delayed and delivery took over a week- communication was quick, and personal. Item is excellent quality and our newborn is very settled and content sleeping in his new nest and we are confident he is safe and sound.”

“I bought avent feeding cups. Quick free delivery, item arrived in good condition. Very happy with my purchase. Would have bought more, but found prices higher than at competitors websites. I was shopping for munchkin cups and toys and they were a fair bit more expensive than anywhere else, which is a shame because the selection at babysecurity.co.uk was better than anywhere else.”

“The fitting of the gate is made easy by the inclusion of comprehensive instructions and the provision of excellent quality templates to locate the various wall fittings. The operation of the gate is slightly awkward as two hands are required to close it! With the pull out section in the, stowed position, it is only possible to pull the material across the opening by first, pressing then turning a button. This has to be done whilst at the same time pulling the material across the opening! The retract is as simple as you would expect it to be. The retract is accompanied by a ratchet sound which is a good warning the gate is being opened. On the whole a good product, well made with comprehensive fittings. Just a tad fiddly to use, when used to control pets rather than small children.”
