“I'm very satisfied with Baby Security, i like most how they keep their customers updated which gives the customer extra reassurance. However i was disappointed when the parcel arrived, the packaging was opened both sides and destroyed; luckily no harm to the item itself just a minor scratch. I do understand that the damage may be caused from mistreatment in shipment but it's the principal when you pay money for a item that is brand new.”

“I am not very happy with the level of customer service i have received since receiving the product i purchased. I realised i have ordered the wrong car seat and have been in contact with customer services to say i like to return my purchase and haven’t received any information about how to return it, please can i have someone email me back to set up the return”

“I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive, I ordered the same on Amazon at 18.00 and they arrived the next day, that’s the service I expect if I pay for express delivery”
