“it's written that delivery time is 3-5 days but it took 14 days to get it”

“After contacting the seller a week after the order was placed I was advised that they were awaiting stock but had since arrived in, so they would send my order out immediately and provided me with a day of arrival. When this day came and went I contacted them again, to be told my order had got ‘stuck’ and that it would be sent out immediately. I eventually received the goods two weeks following order date.”

“Great price for product but the delivery company they use, Hermes, is useless. Would much rather pay for postage straight away and have my purchase sent by Royal Mail. Contacted BabySecurity and they were very helpful so luckily everything turned out all right in the end. The product was as described and in perfect working order.”

“The item is fine and was a good price. Have only given 3 stars due to the delivery. Paid extra to have expedited delivery however parcel arrived a day later than expected and we were away on holiday. Luckily a neighbour accepted it for us. Not too fussed as it was only an extra £1.99 but would've been annoyed if I'd paid more. Happy to use the site again but wouldn't bother with the extra for speedy delivery.”

“Placed an order for an 'in stock' item with 2-3 working day delivery. They took the funds and I received confirmation of order by email. When I had not received confirmation of dispatch nearly a week a later, I chased the order to learn 3 week lead time as product was not in stock. The website still showed as in stock at the time I chased the order. Little in the way of apology, but the representative did update the website and deal with my query fairly promptly. Ultimately ended up cancelling as found it in stock elsewhere sooner. As I never received an item from them, I cannot say how good the whole process was, but would order with caution next time.”

“Original item I ordered was out of stock. I was quickly emailed about this and was given the option to wait or order an alternative. I went with the latter as needed the item sooner rather than later. 6 days later and still no item so I emailed to be told that the item will be with me by Wednesday (2 days time). The item did indeed arrive 2 days later by Royal Mail Tracked 24. I entered the tracking number in online to see that the item was posted on the Monday AFTER querying where my item was! It had clearly been forgotten about and not sent out the 6 days before as had been told then that it would be despatched immediately. Took a total of 10 days to arrive unlike the 2-3 days stated on their website. The product itself is perfect just need to remember to post it!!”

“This shop has good prices and promotions. I buy two car seats in a promotion and made the payment at the same day. After 3 days I contact the shop to know the status of my order, and was told me that the order is waiting from the vendor because they don't have in the stock at the moment, and soon they receive the car seats, will be dispatched. After a week, I contact again and was told me that I need to pay more 20£ for the shipping because these items are very big. This is not so fair because it should be automatically verified when I submit the order and pay. After that, the shipping was very fast and products in great quality.”

“The gate is a great hight, just what I needed. Delivery was fast and easy, but the gate it self it not that great if I’m honest, I press in button broke with in 5 mins. I was able to fix with abit if fussy around and then it broke again. Now it slides to open an close but not locks into place. I emailed about this but no reply.”

“When I ordered my pram,I got next day delivery and it didn’t turn up until a week later,I emailed customer services asking where the pram was and what was happening but nobody ever got back to me. The product is amazing and think you get amazing stuff for the money. But customer services and delivery was shocking.”

“I recently ordered a Lascal Maxi buggy board in red. I didnt really worry about the colour it was just the one that came up when i googled for deals. Having put in the order it specified 2-3 day delivery and money was taken from my account. 5 days later I hadn't heard anything. I emailed to check on progress. I received an email to apologise but the red buggy board wasn't in stock but they could send a blue one immediately. I agreed to this and as promised the blue board was dispatched the next day and received within 2 days. In terms of price and customer service once I emailed service was great it was just a shame I had to email to find out what was happening otherwise Im not sure if I'd still be waiting.”

“Order processing is fast, completed in a couple of days, only problem they don't hold the stock, so I got 1 item out of 3 ordered, 1 is being sent from manufacturer by end of week (now passed) or 1 more week at the latest (let's see). The 1st item ordered mid December was waiting on stock, so I called and was told sock in by Thursday (4 days time), great a week later no news, called again delayed till 6th January, called again as no update, now due in on 18th January (a month after ordering).”

“It’s a gate that serves a purpose but isn’t exactly what I would call great quality even though it cost us over £50 and that was on sale, I’d be even more annoyed had I have paid full price. We bought it for a dog who jumps over our lower one. We have three kids and the catch bit sticks out at just the right height for the kids to bang their heads on. As the opening is quite narrow I keep hitting my hip or catching my Jean loop on the bit that sticks out. Also it says it closes with a push. It doesn’t. It either doesn’t close or goes straight through and opens the other way! The only positive really is that the dog doesn’t jump it.”
