Package and product were damaged on delivery, though I was able to fix the playpen/gate.

I recently ordered a Lascal Maxi buggy board in red. I didnt really worry about the colour it was just the one that came up when i googled for deals. Having put in the order it specified 2-3 day delivery and money was taken from my account. 5 days later I hadn't heard anything. I emailed to check on progress. I received an email to apologise but the red buggy board wasn't in stock but they could send a blue one immediately. I agreed to this and as promised the blue board was dispatched the next day and received within 2 days. In terms of price and customer service once I emailed service was great it was just a shame I had to email to find out what was happening otherwise Im not sure if I'd still be waiting.

The gate is a great hight, just what I needed. Delivery was fast and easy, but the gate it self it not that great if I’m honest, I press in button broke with in 5 mins. I was able to fix with abit if fussy around and then it broke again. Now it slides to open an close but not locks into place. I emailed about this but no reply.

Although a Warehouse Deal and used previously they were in no condition to be re-used. However I was refunded when no alternative option could be found.

This shop has good prices and promotions. I buy two car seats in a promotion and made the payment at the same day. After 3 days I contact the shop to know the status of my order, and was told me that the order is waiting from the vendor because they don't have in the stock at the moment, and soon they receive the car seats, will be dispatched. After a week, I contact again and was told me that I need to pay more 20£ for the shipping because these items are very big. This is not so fair because it should be automatically verified when I submit the order and pay. After that, the shipping was very fast and products in great quality.

After contacting the seller a week after the order was placed I was advised that they were awaiting stock but had since arrived in, so they would send my order out immediately and provided me with a day of arrival. When this day came and went I contacted them again, to be told my order had got ‘stuck’ and that it would be sent out immediately. I eventually received the goods two weeks following order date.

Original item I ordered was out of stock. I was quickly emailed about this and was given the option to wait or order an alternative. I went with the latter as needed the item sooner rather than later. 6 days later and still no item so I emailed to be told that the item will be with me by Wednesday (2 days time). The item did indeed arrive 2 days later by Royal Mail Tracked 24. I entered the tracking number in online to see that the item was posted on the Monday AFTER querying where my item was! It had clearly been forgotten about and not sent out the 6 days before as had been told then that it would be despatched immediately. Took a total of 10 days to arrive unlike the 2-3 days stated on their website. The product itself is perfect just need to remember to post it!!

Placed an order for an 'in stock' item with 2-3 working day delivery. They took the funds and I received confirmation of order by email. When I had not received confirmation of dispatch nearly a week a later, I chased the order to learn 3 week lead time as product was not in stock. The website still showed as in stock at the time I chased the order. Little in the way of apology, but the representative did update the website and deal with my query fairly promptly. Ultimately ended up cancelling as found it in stock elsewhere sooner. As I never received an item from them, I cannot say how good the whole process was, but would order with caution next time.

My address was not labelled on the box so courier had to phone me and ask for my address in order to deliver

Transaction went well but I had no info regarding delivery date or even when the item were dispatched. It arrived eventually but the box were damaged which was a little off if I had bought it as a gift. Happy with the product though.

Great price for product but the delivery company they use, Hermes, is useless. Would much rather pay for postage straight away and have my purchase sent by Royal Mail. Contacted BabySecurity and they were very helpful so luckily everything turned out all right in the end. The product was as described and in perfect working order.

Specifically ordered this with expedited delivery in order to receive it in time for a flight I was taking. The item was not dispatched until the next day, when I was already expecting delivery, and meant that it arrived too late. Edit: Many thanks for the delivery refund, although it's a shame that this has only happened following this review and not when I emailed you previously.

The item was purchased and I was advised it would be delivered Monday, which was perfect as we needed this asap. The despatch email arrived tuesday, advising the item would be attempted within 24 hours, the item was finally delivered on Thursday, 3 days later than originally advised. I was advised the item was out for delivery with Hermes, and yet they had no recollection of this item or tracking number. The item itself is ok, but does move around a lot especially when you live on bumpy country roads or drive over speed bumps.

Placed order for Stork Child Care Stove Knob covers. Was then informed they were temporarily out of stock, offered an alternative but told those ordered should be back in stock in four days. Agreed to wait but was then told of further delay. Product finally despatched 22 days after order placed (and then when it did arrive proved not fit for purpose!).

The item is fine and was a good price. Have only given 3 stars due to the delivery. Paid extra to have expedited delivery however parcel arrived a day later than expected and we were away on holiday. Luckily a neighbour accepted it for us. Not too fussed as it was only an extra £1.99 but would've been annoyed if I'd paid more. Happy to use the site again but wouldn't bother with the extra for speedy delivery.
