“We couldn’t get the cups off , that were stuck to the doorway when we fitted the baby gate, in order to use them in our new house. They aren’t sold separately so we were recommended some different ones which unfortunately don’t fit our doorway. Shame the ones that came with the gate aren’t sold as an item as I’m sure I’m not the only one to need another set. However, my query was answered quickly, ordering was easy and we received them in record time so plus points for that”

“I was disappointed with the changing mat. It was described as Delux but it was very average thickness. I would not have bought the product had I seen it in a shop. Delivery though was fast and efficient.”

“The item was purchased and I was advised it would be delivered Monday, which was perfect as we needed this asap. The despatch email arrived tuesday, advising the item would be attempted within 24 hours, the item was finally delivered on Thursday, 3 days later than originally advised. I was advised the item was out for delivery with Hermes, and yet they had no recollection of this item or tracking number. The item itself is ok, but does move around a lot especially when you live on bumpy country roads or drive over speed bumps.”

“Placed order for Stork Child Care Stove Knob covers. Was then informed they were temporarily out of stock, offered an alternative but told those ordered should be back in stock in four days. Agreed to wait but was then told of further delay. Product finally despatched 22 days after order placed (and then when it did arrive proved not fit for purpose!).”

“I can't give a bad review but unfortunately I ordered this and then decided to get my son a different bed instead rendering this useless. I've tried to ask to return but they won't accept as a few days out the return policy.. Rules obviously can't possibly be broken. Yes, I know, it's outside the dates so my fault but you know, a little discretionary flexibility never hurt. But I can't leave a great review on a £30 waste of money now..”

“Transaction went well but I had no info regarding delivery date or even when the item were dispatched. It arrived eventually but the box were damaged which was a little off if I had bought it as a gift. Happy with the product though.”

“Specifically ordered this with expedited delivery in order to receive it in time for a flight I was taking. The item was not dispatched until the next day, when I was already expecting delivery, and meant that it arrived too late. Edit: Many thanks for the delivery refund, although it's a shame that this has only happened following this review and not when I emailed you previously.”
