We bought two baby monitors from them, one of which was faulty, the other was not as described. Their returns policy says that they will not accept returns without first agreeing a Returns Authorisation Number. We requested such a number from them within the 14 days stipulated on their website but, 2 months later, we still haven't had a Returns Authorisation Number for them. They are no longer responding to our emails. Unacceptable service, and it looks from other on-line reviews as if other people have had similar experiences. We're stuck with two expensive baby monitors that we don't want. For reference, our order number was 213251

I have been constantly contacted by this company to review them which is quite ironic as when I contacted them following a faulty purchase they failed to respond to me!! I bought a Ewan the sheep which stopped working a week after use so I contacted the company to see if they could help......I am still awaiting a response 5 months later. I ended up purchasing another sheep from John Lewis.....at least they will address any faults.

Would not reimburse money when they could not replace faulty product. Only offered store credit which was insufficient to replace product. Took more than EIGHTEEN month to resolve.
