“I am truly astonished at the excellent customer service with this company. My car seat was listed online as in stock when I ordered it, however Baby Security rang later that day to say there was a 10 day wait as they were actually out of stock and were awaiting a delivery. I was offered a very similar, but more expensive replacement seat at no extra cost! The car seat arrived the following day! I'm thrilled with the seat and with Baby Security. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”

“Same issue as a few people on here regarding items being out of stock but not being informed. Messaged customer services after 5 working days of placing my order (2-3 days delivery) Was then told one item was out of stock (apparently they emailed, I didn’t receive one) Eventually got a refund for the missing item and my other things were sent out. Wouldn’t use again”

“The item arrived by return post & was exactly as described on the web site. Just what was needed to stop my greyhound venturing upstairs but may not be strong enough if it was needed to constrain a more assertive dog (or toddler).”

“After contacting the seller a week after the order was placed I was advised that they were awaiting stock but had since arrived in, so they would send my order out immediately and provided me with a day of arrival. When this day came and went I contacted them again, to be told my order had got ‘stuck’ and that it would be sent out immediately. I eventually received the goods two weeks following order date.”

“Babysecurity.co.uk is not a reputable site and they advertise stock they do not have in stock. Babysecurity.co.uk are poor communicators and i would avoid Babysecurity.co.uk at all costs! I read the bad reviews of Babysecurity.co.uk online and took a chance ordering and it was a huge mistake! Avoid Babysecurity.co.uk at all costs, don’t make the same mistake i did!”

“I never received my it's. So cannot say if it is good or not. However I did order the item next day delivery to never actually get it. It wasn't until I called to ask 2 days later where it was they informed me it wasn't in stock and they can't send it out. Yet they were still happy to take my money and not refund automatically as other companies do. Clearly building some interest before they refund.”

“Was meant to arrive on Tuesday but didn’t. Emailed on wednesday to ask where my item was as still hadn’t arrived and they told me they didn’t have it in stock. 2 minutes later apparently it had been dispatched? Was a bit confused. But arrived on the Friday and the product is great! Great price just maybe don’t expect product to come the day they say it will.”
