“When I ordered my pram,I got next day delivery and it didn’t turn up until a week later,I emailed customer services asking where the pram was and what was happening but nobody ever got back to me. The product is amazing and think you get amazing stuff for the money. But customer services and delivery was shocking.”

“Recieved baby gate in damaged box. It looked OK until I tried to open and a spring shot off and door fell off. Baby security asked for photos but didn't say anything other than they were in discussion with manufacturer. No gate at the top of my stairs = no safety. Not impressed”

“Clearly not a gate ? A safety barrier more accurate description for advertising. Have decided to make do however, can’t be bothered with hassle of returning, wonder how often that happens?”

“Such a simple idea, but works brilliantly. Got it for my parents house, to cover the central heating switch. Mother has dementia and this will prevent her from switching off the heating accidentally.”
