“Went into store to buy a baby bouncer. They had none in store but had one in the warehouse. I paid & they said that they would call 1 day or 2 later once it had arrived in store. I got a call later thaw same afternoon to say it was in store & ready to collect. Great service & would highly recommend as staff helpful too.”

“Love the high chair inordered tripp trapp. Although it went on sale for a cheaper price before my order had even been shipped I emailed Baby Village to see if I could receive the discount and I didn't even get a reply. It was only $20 difference so no big deal.”
