“We like the product but the time between ordering and receiving the high chair was too long. There was no communication from Baby Village about the delay. They did not respond straight away when I enquired either. If you need something in a hurry I would definitely not recommend Baby Village.”

“I haven't received my purchase yet, which is very disappointing. It is a birthday gift for my son, so I hope it arrives soon. No doubt it's AusPost rather than Baby Village that has caused the delayed delivery. We'll see.”

“I was happy with the service provided but the Cot came with a nick on the framework. I understand these things happen but it's a bit disappointing considering how much was paid for the product.”
