“In shop experience with Baby Village was great. Online shopping experience with Baby Village was very poor. I have NOT been told that after purchasing $2000+ that I can be a VIP customer. When I raised this issue, the online sales, then told me yes this offer was available and also told me there will be a 10% discount for future purchases. However, I soon discovered -- when I wanted to place another order with Baby Village that this 10% discount will be only offered if the product is on full price. The sales person can really told me the offer and condition at the beginning.”
