“Absolutely love Backdoor Shoes. I have been wearing their products for several years now and they are long-lasting and fun! Great quality. I have also had a good experience with their customer support, when I added the wrong size to an order and they corrected it before dispatching. Only thing I will say (which drops it to 4 stars) is that I bought 2 pairs of size 39 flip flops and they were very different sizes from each other!! They both fit me, but one pair is rather on the large size and the other is almost too small, so something to be aware of!!”

“As the shoes were a birthday present, I would have liked the option to include a message to my friend, the recipient, but your website doesn't seem geared up to cope with this notion of sending a present. I'm also a bit concerned because you're asking me to review shoes size 39 when I thought I ordered 37...my friend didn't mention the wrong size, so hopefully its just the review.”

“Product was expected. Advice is to order one size larger than your shoe size. I did that and they're very comfortable when being worn. I don't find them as easy as I expected to slip and off. The raised edge at the heel is however useful when doing small gardening jobs.”

“We all love backdoorshoes, this would have been ‘very good’ but the insoles on one pair seemed to be a size smaller than the shoe! The black workwear pair are also a little tight, should go for a size larger just like the chunky treads.”

“Great product. Ordered a second pair but the sizing was different. Originals were 9/42 this pair 8/42 seem shorter and tighter. Not a problem, just an observation.”

“I have just received my third pair of backdoor shoes. I love them and decided to buy a further pair for the frontdoor! I love the bluebell pattern but unfortunately the right foot insole doesn't stay in place. This has never happened with the other pairs. I think I may have to glue it in place. Other than that I think they are great.”

“I received 2 pairs of shoes promptly, put them in quarantine (Coronavirus). My wife's Bluebell pair fitted perfectly but mine were too narrow (I have broad feet). Going back to your e-mails, the warehouse e-mail invited reply if necessary, so I replied asking to exchange my pair for larger size (shown on-line as "in stock"). No reply yet (working day and a half later) but hoping soon.... (WHOOPS! DISCOVERED REPLY IN MY SPAM FOLDER. RED FACE!)”
