Retired at 67 years old, I lost a lifetime of savings and more.. when my children had to close their business due to a marital breakdown. I felt incredibly guilty and very, very stupid - never saw it coming until it was too late. The people I worked with were not only professional and informative, they gave me a second chance. I was able to forgive my daughter and once again enjoy the company of my youngest grandchildren.

Very easy to deal with answered all questions and told if I have any questions to call anytime I needed to

Never had a problem, if I needed to know something they were quick to respond treated me like I was a person not a number

I would have liked a little more reminders but that's just me. Otherwise I felt very much taken care of.

so far all is going great and I expect that at the end of my 9 months it will be the same. Daniel trudel is fantastic! he has answered my questions and put me at ease while i am in bankruptsy.

the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. I needed some questions answered about bankrupsty as a senior with limited income & credit card debit

I was very nervous but I was treated with respect and kindness in a very difficult situation . All options were explained to me and I came to a decision as to how to move forward. I was not judged and was treated with honesty and compassion.

Options were offered and excellent service and knowledge provided.Step by step process info and very professional. Made everything seem easy with out any problems and taking step by step with explanations. Very pleased and grateful through this sad time.

We went over gaining my credit back Also for applying for the Affirm Credit Card. I would of liked her to help me apply for it while at the meeting asibwill need help to apply.

I've had an issue with estate managers either not responding, being really slow (1 week+) to respond or not really reading my question and sending back an unhelpful cookie cutter response. I've also been confused as to WHO is my estate manager or if there is even one specific one for my case, as I get e-mails on different topics from different people within the organization and that can be a bit disorienting because I easily lose track of who needs to respond what information.

My experiance so far with Bankruptcy has been good. I was devistated when I realized it was my only option at the time that I claimed. All staff have been very supportive and understanding to my needs and my case.

My trustee had very little concern or compassion. My questions were not answered and I went through the process unsure of the next step. Payment options are limited and inconvenient. Difficult to contact the trustee and when she did respond answered few of my questions. Overall they just seemed concern with taking their share of profit.
