“My banner was canceled with no email or phone call stating such. When it didn't arrive on time, I called to discover the order had been canceled due to a website error with pricing being too low. I wasn't going to get my banner on time at that point unless I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. I wasn't provided any option by the company to make their mistake right. My only option was to re-order the banner and pay for 7-9 day shipping because I can't afford to expedite it. Disappointed.”

“I used to be able to do more designing with older software you provided. I cannot "stretch" any text and it can only conform to the space design that is designated for the different fonts. Sometimes I would like it to be other than standard and make the words a different height and length than standard.”

“These prices are great but its a bit of a bait and switch to charge more that the price of a large custom project for "fast shipping" of 2-3 days. I understand lead times but most of the population is aware of standard shipping rates and these were pretty steep even for rush orders. All that said I am eager to receive the product and optimistic that the quality of the product will far outweigh the tiny bitterness that the shipping rates have added to this process. The website was easy to use, lots of size and material options with upgrades available. The editing tools were pretty good too with the offered clipart to fill the gaps in my large design when scaled up to add some balance. The guides were very clear and easy to understand as well. I'm hoping this amount of preparedness prior to even purchasing the product is a good indicator of the callibur of work that will be delivered in a few days. I will update once received.”

“Easy to upload and create a banner, but we'll see what the quality is like and how timely it arrives. The big "catch" for me was "Ships in 24 hours." But, of course, if you want it somewhat quick you'll still pay. So we'll see.”
