“I attempted to place an order and the order would not go through. When I went back in to start a new order the pricing for the items went up and the shipping cost more than doubled. That is awful customer service in EVERY WAY.”

“As a tax exempt organization, we should not have to pay the tax first to hopefully be reimbursed. Please look at your policy to accept the tax exempt form to nonprofits file and adjust the price on the front end. Bad fiscal practice.”

“didn't expect shipping was going to be that much. Was super excited to find a banner for 22.89. Then checked out and it was 41.24! I spent one hour making this so i was stuck having to buy it.”

“I use to purchase my banners from you. It,s so hard to maneuver your way of laying out the characters on the banner...cant get the words where i want them to go....pretty tough i finally made it....I hope.”

“Poor website experience...not able to use PayPal and account login was a nightmare. Not able to use password reset due to system failure to acknowledge email associated with existing account. Chat was very frustrating until 4th chat session representative acknowledged the issue and assisted!”

“For reasons noone can seem to explain, previous orders are showing up with some other artwork on them I never ordered, with the orientation 90° off what I ordered before. I had to start again from scratch, only to discover you dont ship to Canada anymore, due to the pandemic, which makes no sense at all.”

“Not pleased. They bait and hook you. You see the "cheap" price at the beginning... great price, WOW... FREE 24 hour shipping!!!! Yeah, it's 24 hours, but it's not free shipping.... and, wow, a banner with no holes.. yeah, you're going to tape it to the wall? Sure, OK, I'll pay more for the grommets... then, "Banner on the Cheap" are no longer cheap. They cost just like everyone else. Not nice, and I won't be using you again.”
