“This is my first time using BANNERS ON THE CHEAP so my rating can only speak to the creation of and purchase of the banner. The site is very user friendly and easy to use. The preview of the banner was clear and easy to see. However, I changed the size of the banner from 3x10 to 4x10 and wanted to edit it, but when I clicked the "Edit" button, the processing wheel continued to spin for an unusually long time. I clicked the back arrow near my browser, tried again, and the problem repeated. So, my order is for a 3x10 banner rather than a 4x10. Hope this problem is rectified soon.”
