“This company will ghost you. I placed two orders with this company and initially felt confident when customer support (Samantha) told me I could submit revised designs. I followed their instructions, sent the updated artwork, and reached out multiple times to confirm everything was received. Despite this, only one order shipped—and it shipped before I ever received a proof to approve. After that point, communication stopped entirely. I emailed repeatedly over the course of a week, clearly outlining the issue and the deadlines I was up against, and received no response. For a time-sensitive order that I paid expedited shipping for, this was unacceptable. To be fair, the printed banner I did receive was good quality. However, it was not the revised design, and the complete lack of customer support overshadowed the product quality. I have never experienced a situation where a company took payment for two orders, shipped one incorrectly, and then simply ignored every attempt to resolve the situation. The company is still ghosting me even though I keep asking them to resolve the issue or refund my order.”
