“Bought a 8 x 5 Trailer. When I got home and inspected it, saw that it had a crack in a weld. I rang up their warranty helpline, filled out a form and sent in photos. I got a call from lovely helpful Wendy who sold me the trailer, who was apologetic and offered to repair or replace it. I opted for replacement which was done with no fuss after they built me a new one. Overall the trailers are of very good quality and well-priced.
My only complaint is that they do not answer questions sent on their "enquire now" button about a product.”
