“I ordered two mattresses 1 double & 1 single,
following business day I received a phone call indicating that the single mattress was on back order, and did not currently have a confirmed delivery date,
I was given the option to cancel the entire order with a full refund or cancel the single mattress with a refund,
I chose to get the double and reorder the single in due course,
the refund for the single was in my back the next time I checked, and the double arrived within a week, and it was better quality than we expected,
we will be ordering the single from them even if there is a longer ETA.

“The time between odering and delivery was great but where the driver left the mattress at the very front of the property at the garage door I live on the highway and people walk past my unit is at the back it was just lucky my neighbour saw it her husband brought to me Norma Roberts”
“Our bunk bed was missing 2 pieces. Called Customer Support and it was sorted out the same day, though we had to wait 2 days to collect the parts. Good communication during the process though”
