“Order came delivered in a damaged box and not packed properly as it was loose inside. Product had one shelf broken with a crack running through the middle, rendering it unusable. Multiple pieces are also chipped, with black scratch marks. First time buying on here and very disappointed. Now waiting to see how they will process the replacement or refund.”
