Looking for a dog sitter however, the people who were matched were unsuitable due to distance and having their own dogs or children

I had some quality people contact me however, i wasnt happy that many people reached out to me on my personal number and whatsapp unsolicted i didnt expect that and wasnt prepared for that

I originally signed into Bark to contact a Homeglow representative because I have a 3-hour cleaning voucher. I requested an explanation of which cleaning services were included. I was shocked to learn that I would be required to pay an aditional $90. Normally, I would have given Bark a 1-star rating; however, I was contacted by C & R Cleaning who addressed some of my concerns, but I have not hired anyone yet.

Just to clarify, Bark and Homeglow operate separately, so pricing and voucher terms are set directly by them. Man who got in touch for job as gardener was a tree surgeon. I do have trees but i also have a regular young man who trims the trees so no need of that.

Had used Bark few times before. This time a regular posts was put up for pest control i immediately received a call from a man, upon hearing my voice sounded like Asian he said “I cant help you sorry”. He offended me i called again to confirm what i heard he confirmed he wouldn’t help me. That was most shocking experience from trades man.

I rely can't rate Bark as I couldn't find what I was looking for. The places do not provide info unless you contact them and zi would prefer to have a general idea before I even contact them. From what I saw. None of the vendors provide what I'm looking for. But thank you for your help

I was advised I needed 2½ hrs to clean a 2 bedroom, shower room, stairs, kitchen and living room. Lovely lady turned up and what she did was ok to start with. BUT in the 2½ hrs she only did shower room and stairs properly, gave kitchen work surfaces a quick wipe down, without clearing them, and spray mopped the kitchen and living room floors. Never entered either of the bedrooms so less than half the house cleaned. The lady was lovely and conscientious to start with, but SO SLOW! Knew I had pets, but kept saying 'too much hair', which there wasn't an excess of, and they knew before coming to the house there were 2 cats and a dog. To make matters worse they then took £10 more than quoted from my account, but to be fair sorted that immediately. So now having got them in for a reason I've got to do the most important rooms myself. Am not impressed, which is disappointing to say the least.
