“You send to many emails and don’t ask right questions. First email should ask how was your first interaction with the professional we sent your way. Then ask then to rate them out of 5 or 10 what ever then get job start ask same question then ask same question at end OS job. I think that would give you a much better perspective and how your contractors perform is my opinion”
