“Very easy to make contact and in a matter of minutes, Emma called me to enquire as to my needs and various details regarding the task.She then took details and promised to call back with an estimate based on the information I gave in answer to her questions. She came back soon with an agreeable estimate and a time and arrangements for access were soon in place.We met at the apartment and ran through final details. Emma came well-prepared and a range of equipment. She did a fantastic and professional job and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. I will certainly call her again next time a tenant moves out of the property . If Emma is representative of Bark’s standards then “Well done Bark” and “Extremely well done Emma!” Well worth every penny!Thank you so much.”

“Very business-like and gave a good smart impression. They arrived on time and although the weather became difficult they maintained their sense of humour and were very efficient. I would gladly recommend them and may if necessary invite them back next year to maintain the standards they have set. They were very considerate and thoughtful which was very very important point for me -I am 95 and disabled. Please give them a special thank you from me. Freddie Montgomery [Mrs]”
