“I have now bought two products from this firm, the original Barking Bag (well designed, robust and entirely fit for purpose) and a customised cushion as a present. There was an issue with the second order in that the product sent was a generic design, not prinited with the image submitted of our black labrador. This problem was recognised in an e-mail sent before the item arrived vouchers issued for a free repeat order plus free postage (no return of the erroneous item requested!). There appeared to be some initial difficulty in getting the website to recognise the voucher codes, but after a short e-mail the matter was resolved and I now await the correct item. I would particularly like to comment Cornelia on her very prompt and efficient responses to e-mails.”

“Quick delivery, but packaging materials disappointing, and the quality of materials, especially shoulder strap, feels a bit poor. Design choices for The Treat Bag are also disappointing. Perhaps their signature bag is their wheelhouse, but it was too big for what I wanted/needed, and based on my experience with the bag I bought, I’d go elsewhere in the future. It’s fine, but it’s also meh.”
“Bought a Barking bag a few months ago as the cheaper version from Amazon barely lasted. This bag is a better quality and with lots of useful pockets. I liked it so much, I also bought the water bottle as it’s metallic and I’m sure the water won’t become distasteful as it can with plastic bottles. I also love the sturdy and colourful poo bags.”
“I have now ordered the treat BA and the slightly bigger bag. The cross body shoulder strap is too short on both so I have returned them.
It is strange as my previous one was great.
Maybe the manufacturer of design has changed anyway they are no longer suitable for me.”
