“Have used these a few times. I live in Australia and send a Christmas hamper to my mum for Christmas every year . This year spent over 300 euro on a hamper and it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to chase them up to where it was all they would say it was delivered to the address given which is untrue then sorry we have finished for Christmas. Eventually we found the hamper opened after Christmas Delivered to a house 4 kilometres away totally different name address and eircode and still will not take responsibility. Very disappointed they are happy to take your money and are of no help after .”

Hi Dermot, Thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to provide further clarity, as we feel very strongly that have done everything we can to help. We explained that the delivery address provided wasn't the same as the address you had given for previous orders, and included a company name. Please bear in mind that you first contacted us on Xmas Eve to make us aware of the situation. We responded immediately. We liaised with the courier company and provided you with all the information including delivery co-ordinates. I am sorry that the next day was Christmas Day, and there was nothing more we could do at that time. The address on the package was what had been provided to us. You contacted us for the second time on 19th January to say that the hamper had been located but it was open. We asked for more info. but instead of replying, you wrote this review. We are very sorry that you did not provide us with the opportunity to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. As you have said you have been a regular customer, and have placed a Christmas order for the last 5 years. This is the only order that hasn't been successfully delivered, because the address provided on your order form was incorrect. Kind regards, Lauren.

“Once payment has been made,the service is excellent,the problem is actually making payment.With my last two orders neither of my euro debit cards were accepted and I needed to call you,following which you sent me a link. Maybe other customers would just give up.”
