For nearly €300 I was expecting a lot more. After unpacking the hamper it was quite clear it was mostly packaging. My mother in law found the initial delivery of the item exciting before discovering about €100 worth of goods inside.

Hi Richard. Thanks for your review. Your order is showing as delivered in your account. You should have received a dispatch notification email enabling you to track the delivery progress. You should also have received a delivered notification via email. Can you please check your Spam folder for these? I don't see any email correspondence from you querying the delivery. 1. Order number 83012352 was delivered to Epsom, Surrey on 21st December - very satisfactory. 2. Order number 83012355 got stuck in Southampton and my daughter-in-law was told by DHL that they could not deliver before 28th December. She has taken time off work today and is driving a 2-hour round-trip to collect it in person. Most unsatisfactory and disappointing service from DHL in Southampton

Hi Kevin, Sorry to hear this. We are always very careful to include a greetings card message on every gift that we send out. The message was printed on a "Seasons Greetings" postcard sized card which was attached to the exterior of the gift box.  It can sometimes be slightly concealed under the courier's delivery label.  Could the recipient please double check the box? If it isn’t there it may have become detached during postage, which is disappointing as much time and effort is invested in making sure every gift basket leaves with the sender's message in an attractive gift card. We would never wittingly send a gift without a message, and our branding and contact details are included on the outer packaging if the end receiver is ever in any doubt.  However, we fully appreciate that the recipient should not have to go to any effort to find out the sender of their gift, and we apologise that this happened. Thank you very much for your feedback Kevin. We will look into this in further detail to see what can be done to avoid anything like this happening in the future. This is a challenging review to write. I ordered a Christmas hamper on the 14th December as a gift - but it never arrived. On that basis, the review would have been one star. However, while it took some time to get some feedback and there were some mixed messages along the way, in the end they agreed to send a new one (even if the first one arrives it would be unsafe to use). It hasn't arrived yet (so it will be a very late Christmas gift). I'm hoping it will arrive this week (but no notification yet that it has shipped). However, the staff were good to deal with - hence the additional star.

Disappointed that my order was delivered 4 days later than I scheduled. If I had known the hamper would be coming from UK I would not have ordered. Will make sure that I order from true Irish based company in future

Very poor delivery service. Hamper arrived 2 weeks late when the person was recovered and out of hospital. After several calls to sort it out nothing was sorted so I just had to wait. There was no apology given until I asked for a refund for the delivery amd I got a ridiculous response and no recourse. I will not be ordering again from them. Sort out your after sales service.

I ordered an xmas hamper described an depicted on your website as having many beautiful ingredients for Monday 20th of December it was delivered one week too early with half the ingredients paid for and none of the ones you showed were included apart from the bottle of wine. I am extremely disappointed with your service. Due to covid issues I am unable to be in Ireland and it was meant to be a special add on to my mother's Christmas. Started to this Courier simply left the parcel on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell in the rain. I'm sure this is not the service you want for your customers.

Nice baskets, and nice some contents, but to be honest it is really bad value for money and very disappointed with that. After doing a quick estimation and googling... the contents could be valued between EUR 30 to EUR 40 however I paid over EUR 103 plus EUR 8 delivery. Never again.

The wrong hampers were delivered and only offered a refund of the difference. Took a few weeks for customer service to acknowledge this error. However the delivery itself was on time.

Hampers where lovely presented but delivery was very disappointing and as for trying to contact someone about my purchases it was very disappointing ' they eventually got delivered two days before Christmas one in the morning and the second one was delivered at lunchtime . They where meant to be delivered on the 18th December they where delivered on the 22nd December ' the hampers where meant to be for staff before they finished up for Christmas on which I had to hand deliver myself

Hi The hampers were well received although I could not examine the contents myself. My poor review relates to your support structures. 1. Ordering process was confusing and time-consuming with no clear confirmation that I had succeeded in ordering. As a result, I inadvertently ordered 2 hampers for one of my recipients 2. There was no way to cancel this on the system 3. You were not contactable by phone or email; I made repeated efforts to phone you, left messages and emailed you twice to cancel one of the duplicate hampers. No success. This left me significantly out of pocket (about 180 Euros) 4. There was no allowance for delivery charges to the same address; I had to get 4 hampers delivered to my home (because you would not deliver to hospitals) and had to pay full delivery charges on all 4. I will not be using you again. I think to be uncontactable for a 2 week period after ordering is not acceptable. If you did not have backup, you should not have accepted my order. I ordered a basket as a gift for someone and it arrived with 2 items missing. I wrote an email to you straight away in detail to try and get the problem resolved as I wanted all of the items that I had paid for (the greeting card also arrived torn in the middle as the tracking sticker was placed over it). I received one or two replies from a member of your team, pretty promptly, asking questions to which the answers had already been provided in the original email I had sent. The replies from your team suddenly just stopped and my issue has not been resolved. I have sent about 2 emails since not receiving a reply and still nothing. Although the basket was very nicely wrapped and contains some lovely Irish products, I am very disappointed that I did not receive everything I ordered and that no one could be bothered to answer my emails and try and resolve the issue. I just want to be sent the items that I ordered.
