The gift card message was completely missed by the customer. I had to ask them if they'd seen it and they had to retrieve packaging to find it. The gift card message should be inside the gift not attached to the out box. As a corporate gift this was not suitable.

Couldn't place the order but customer service got in touch soon after to help place the order. The hamper was lovely but it was delivered on the wrong day.

I thought the box presentation was disappointing and looked a bit cheap. Contents were good quality but I specifically asked that apple juice replace the non- alcoholic ginger beer but this was not done. Also the courier company never confirmed that ' Your package has now been delivered to its destination ( in my case a hotel). So overall I rate it acceptable but definitely doesn't have the WOW factor of a traditional hamper.

It was not memorable, perhaps if it was themed. Such as only containing luxury, or hard to get, Irish products

The basket seems smaller than the pic. Some of the goodies are great, some not so much. The basket was delivered on time infact a day earlier which was a pleasant surprise and the site is fairly good to navigate. A dependable site but needs to work on the hamper quality.

Courier did not deliver parcel to the address specified, provided no evidence of having tried and tracking was not adequate. We eventually tracked it to their depot but very unsatisfactory for perishable goods.

Tracking information received nearly a month after delivery. The package was delivered but when you are sending someone a gift you don't want to have to ask them if it was received.

Bought 3 Christmas hampers as gifts to clients ,, 1 out of the 3 went missing , have tried several times to contact Ciseain Go Leor ,, all in vain ,, still no contact,, no answer on phone , Dpd , the delivery company did get back to me and were somewhat helpful but I have to get back to them now the 3rd time to try and resolve this ,, Ciseain Go Leor customer service is non existent

The service was very disappointing. The hamper was delivered 3 days before the requested date. I asked for a card to be included indicating the sender. None was included which resulted in many phone calls to determine who sent the hamper. I expected better.

Hi, The recipient of our basket was delighted to get it and the basket was lovely however the note to say who it was from wasn’t in the basket so it led to a very awkward text from us (the senders) to see if she had gotten it as we hadn’t heard from her. As you know these personal touches are always nice and we were really disappointed to hear that it hadn’t been signed off. Might just be something to keep an eye on in the future.

Hamper is lovely but when I put in the eircode it overwrote the address I gave, including recipient name! - this added hassle to people who were mourning a loved one. Just be careful with eircode for rural deliveries

Sent one of your wine and cheese baskets at a birthday present as a friend and she was thrilled, very happy with the basket itself. However less happy with the delivery. One of the main reasons that I decided to use your company is because you provided the option to chose delivery date. I selected the day of my friend's birthday (which was on a normal working day I might add) and was a bit annoyed that the box got delivered the day before. Thankfully my friend was at home and was able to accept the delivery and I guess its better to have a present delivered before than after the birthday. I checked your website now and saw that its buried in your faq that the preferred delivery date is not guaranteed but feel that it would have been more helpful if this information had been displayed in the checkout as well, not everyone can be bothered to read the faq. In summary, super happy with your product, less happy with your delivery service. No harm done but perhaps don't give your customers the impression that deliveries are guaranteed to the chosen delivery day.

Hamper well presented. Would be good to have the option to amend small details for example all white wine of all red wine to cater for specific tastes. Cheese tastes lovely but under pressure to have them eaten as are out of date within 5 days of receiving which is unusual for cheese

I recently sent out several hampers before Christmas, I had some trouble trying to set up the delivery on the hampers going to different address in the end I did it from my phone and then processed the payment on the desktop. Another thing is when you are setting up the greeting card its hard to know which hamper is going where from the list and when they did arrive some of the hampers didn't have the card so some companies weren't sure where they came from until they contacted us to check if it was us, which could have been a bit embarrassing for both parties if we hadn't sent it.

The product was amazing and can’t fault that - however the customer service was very disappointing. There was an issue with the delivery address and even though I sent a couple of emails and rang countless times, I got no answer and to this time I still have had no reply/contact/follow up. Very disappointed with that. I ended up having to pass the basket onto someone else to deliver

I was given the option of two different Fridays for delivery. I chose to get the hamper delivered to my friend on the second Friday because the first one was the anniversary of a particular tragedy for her. I thought it would be inappropriate to send a hamper then. For some reason, it came the first week- exactly when I didn’t want it delivered. Strangely, on the second Friday, I got an email to say my hamper was ready for delivery...when it had been delivered the week before.

I am writing in relation to my delivery . I never received any update on this order for the delivery . It never arrived on the day it was due to arrive. It came the next day, with no notification and was left in clear on my parents porch. My parents were both out of the house at the time and when they arrived to the house ,they found the hamper waiting for them. I left their contact number on the order so they could be contacted if they were not home. There was no attempt to contact them by phone or email . The hamper was left in clear view on their porch doorstep, Anybody could have robbed the hamper from the door step at any time. To make matters worse,My brother had also ordered a seperate hamper from your company and it was sitting in the porch along side mine. With zero notifications of attempted delivery. I understand this is the delivery companies fault and it is a busy period, however I have spent a lot of money on the hamper in good faith it was going to be delivered safely and securely. Being so close to xmas ,if something had happened to it I would not have had time or another hamper to replace it. I am just lucky they received it .The hamper was a beautiful hamper but I would not recommend anybody to order from your company if this is how it goes with deliveries. I am very dissatisfied/disappointed with my overall experience.
