The website does not give confirmation when a payment goes through so I ended up buying two by accident as I thought the first one hadn’t gone through and gave up when I thought the second hadn’t gone through. Then I got an email confirmation for one even though I had put through two separate orders. If I had got two confirmation emails I would have tried to cancel the second. I tried phoning to complain and left my details but no one has ever got back to me. Will never purchase from them ever again. Totally ripped off

Ordered a gift basket 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date. Basket was organised to be delivered to a wedding venue as a wedding day gift for friends as due to restrictions we could not attend. By 3pm the chosen delivery day I had not received a confirmation of delivery email. So I started to phone and email the company. It was 6pm before I received a response from them. This was after chatting to someone online who "did not have access to confirm delivery" and I was told "IF my order was delivered I would receive a confirmation email shortly" I emailed every email address that was listed. And the response I received was as follows: sorry As its mothers day weekend we have been very busy, we are only realising now that unfortunately your hamper was not delivered. Apparently the courier broke it in transit. But I suspect it was never shipped as I could not track the delivery at any point during the day. I requested a phone call straight away but that was ignored. So 6pm on a Friday evening I was told that the gift basket organised a month prior was not delivered. Apologies were given, and a redelivery date was offered for the following Tuesday. Needless to say I was heartbroken. I found the lack of communication very unprofessional. I had to email numerous times to recieve a reply. I was the offered a refund and a hamper to be delivered as an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. I emailed 3 times asking when to expect the refund before I recieved a response on that query that simply stated "the accounts department will issue a refund and we don't know how long that will take" Mistakes happen, incidents beyond peoples control happen both I understand. But the lack of communication is unforgivable and very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Wrong hamper delivered and my mother revived a small hamper a lot smaller than what I ordered. Please if you can send the correct hamper as soon as possible? Emails already sent.

The items are obviously over-priced, but that's a given with this sort of gift. In particular, though, the customer service is horrific. They couldn't manage to cancel an order that was placed 2 hours prior although it didn't leave the warehouse for another 10 days. The reason given was because they "didn't notice" the cancellation request. Their solution - have the recipient refuse delivery, but no refund will be given. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

My package was not delivered to the intended receiver. I have sent at least 5 emails to your company asking what happened and when a solution will be provided. I have received no response. At this moment, I feel that my money has been stolen.

I ordered two hampers in good faith, the description of both products on line was not what I received, the basket was cheap of bad quality , my two bottles purchased were sitting on top most unsuitable for the price I paid will not use this website again.

I ordered a baby hamper which was delivered to the recipient and they were delighted with the hamper!
