“I first tried to place an order for Ireland, N. Ireland and Scotland around December 15th and learned that all inventory was spoken for!! I emailed immediately requesting to be on a cancellation list or if new inventory became available, to get in touch me. Lo and behold, I received an email on December 20th that new inventory was available! Yay!! I placed my order Immediately, recognizing that with Covid and the massive pressures on delivery companies, my baskets wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas. Well, miracles of Christmas miracles, ALL my baskets arrived on the 23rd to rave reviews from our family members. Everyone delighted in the gorgeous, interesting and local fare. Thank you to all concerned for making this happen. I give you 10 out of 10 for delicious and interesting product and extraordinary customer service! Thank you and all the best in 2021.”

“Hi I Live in New Jersey now but was born and raised in Dublin. I looked at many baskets. I looked at each for ingredients and presentation. Yours was by far the best. I was particularly impressed to see an Irish Christmas pudding included. I sent to one of my aunts and her family. Along the way I received texts giving me updates in when it would be delivered. They loved the basket and everything in it. I added your business to my contacts for holidays next year. Thank you so much. Yvonne”

“Very Happy with your product and service and will use your service again. One small comment. I got messages to say that it was being readied, in the truck but I didn't get one to say that it had been actually delivered. As I say not a complaint just a comment.”

“Have used Ciséain Go Leor for years. This year the Christmas Hamper was delivered with both wine bottles smashed thanks to a careless courier. So I just emailed photos to customer service and they arranged a replacement hamper two days later on Christmas Eve. That's a good service.”
