“Making an investment was a new adventure for me and certainly a risk I have never taken before. When I found Bassett and Gold online I was very sceptical about contacting you but when I did my mind was instantly put at ease. My advisor Megan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and completely understood how I felt about taking the plunge and investing. She was very patient, kind, caring and very thoughtful. She also is a very pleasant lady and is always there on the phone if I need her advice. I would recommend your company to anyone.”

“Basset & Gold represents my first venture into online financial services, so I have nothing to compare it to. The Company sends fairly regular, personalised newsletters, which is a nice touch. Specifically, I started with Darren Levy as my dedicated manager (he more-or-less organised my investment bond). We communicated on a few occasions, but there seemed to be a degree of misunderstanding between us, based on his presumption that I’m as familiar with the technical side of business computing as he is (which I am not). And then he disappeared (which is a shame). As far as satisfaction with Basset & Gold generally is concerned, I won’t know that until the bond matures!”

“I was impressed with all aspects of the transaction. However, there is a problem you may wish to address. I was not at any time totally convinced that B and G was not a scam. In the end I backers my judgement and hoped to be right. If I thought this so do others and it will be costing you business. The logicality is irrelevant. It is the doubt that is the problem.”
