“I started investing with BG three years ago and the service was good when Daniel was relationship manager. Since he moved on things have gone down hill somewhat. Two of my emails expressing interest in a bond have gone unanswered and the website is still faulty after several months.”

“So far so good. The returns on my pensioners bond and isa have given me the returns I'd hoped for. I'm wary about claims of good returns from the plethora of firms offering high returns but Bassett and Gold have delivered on it to date.”

“most reassuring, first venture into investment outside banks and building society.at first it does make you little uneasy, however dealing with Alexander Nunes soon made me more comfortable. he eased us over the process step by step with time to spare for pleasantries, which l have only experienced face to face before.Very kind and pleasant.most of all patient . Several friends and relations have expressed interest including my investment coach, and Bank advisor and our son. Lets see how things progress, we do have other funds which need a better return than on offer elsewhere. well done Alexander hope you like the well deserved review, and the kitten photos. “Basset & Gold represents my first venture into online financial services, so I have nothing to compare it to. The Company sends fairly regular, personalised newsletters, which is a nice touch. Specifically, I started with Darren Levy as my dedicated manager (he more-or-less organised my investment bond). We communicated on a few occasions, but there seemed to be a degree of misunderstanding between us, based on his presumption that I’m as familiar with the technical side of business computing as he is (which I am not). And then he disappeared (which is a shame). As far as satisfaction with Basset & Gold generally is concerned, I won’t know that until the bond matures!”

“I was impressed with all aspects of the transaction. However, there is a problem you may wish to address. I was not at any time totally convinced that B and G was not a scam. In the end I backers my judgement and hoped to be right. If I thought this so do others and it will be costing you business. The logicality is irrelevant. It is the doubt that is the problem.”
