“Where to start? I have never dealt with such a dishonest strategic company. Firstly I ordered $5000 on a vanity and top. The items said in stock and will be shipped in a few days. After a week I receive an email saying one of the products isn't available due to damages and will take 10-15 weeks. I called them and they said the other item is in stock and will ship it. No shipping confirmation. Multiple calls later they said they will send it out immediately. I received another email after that call today. Apparently this part was "damaged also". Oh how lucky am I do get a 50% discount on third party shipping. My cost will only be $2000 YES $2000 more than the cost of the vanity. I called to cancel and they said my account was never charged yet I have proof and it was taken out the day I purchased online. I will be contacting the bank, Business Bureau and authorities as they charged $5000.
This was their last email after over a week of promising to ship:

“They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!”

Later I got a message from shipway that it has been cancelled.
I did not cancel the order and did not receive any mail or call from your there regarding it.

Promised a delivery today of the missing items from customer services but yet again no delivery. I have got one very p@$$%d off customer and will now be out of pocket on this job. Thought they would have learned their lesson after going bust before but unbelievably they are worse! Will not be long before they go t$ts up again”
“Its pathetic. The quantity of the product is so less. And the packaging was too bad. That more than half of the lotion that i ordered was not there in the box. And their customer service is very poor. I messaged them on instagram 3 days back. And no one has reverted. They are busy putting stories on the insta page but no time to reply to a customer. Poor quantity plus poor service. Havent even used the product. Makes me feel angry seeing their product in such a poor condition. Would never shop from new brands like this.. regretting.. bath and body works would have been so much better.”
“Initial delivery and purchase via the website was simple, quick and easy, was given a choice of delivery dates etc as per normal. And delivery happened as planned.
Unfortunately, although there was no obvious damage to the exterior of the box, once opened there was significant damage to the basin pedestal.
The bathroom was already stripped bare ready for installation, and now i'm being told a replacement will be delivered in 3 weeks..... 3weeks!!! So i'm now without a basin in the bathroom for 3 weeks!!
Quick enough to take the money, slow enough to rectify mistakes, disappointed in general.

“Parts delivered with correct labels and wrong parts in the boxes on some of the items. The rest of the order was missing. The items were resent and they still managed to send a kitchen mixer tap instead of a bathroom hand basin tap and bath waste was chrome not matt black. Add to that both the basin carcass was missing although they managed to deliver the doors for it. The bath was also damaged and has has stopped my fitter in his tracks and four days later the problem with both the bath and basin carcass is unresolved. Bathstore customer services just refer you back to homebase and homebase don't pick, despatch and book the transport for replacement items! There standard operating procedure is an absolute joke and is not fit for purpose. I really do encourage people to seriously consider using them. They are incompetent!”
“Awful company . Products ok but subcontracted to plumber who had to get an emergency plumber out in case they were doing something wrong. Two day job took 3 weeks and then was leaking with in 6 months. Everything leaked from the basin to the radiator. Taps connected but flexihose was twisted so no water.
Plumber spent most of his time complaining he wasn’t going to be paid that much by bath store quite frankly he shouldn’t have been paid a penny - I knew more about plumbing!”
“Avoid Bathstore!
We had so many problems with this company that we can see why they went into administration.
First, we arranged an online meeting to design a new wetroom. The member of staff didn't even bother turning up for the meeting then sent us a rude email complaining. When we eventually had a second meeting booked in we designed and we ordered everything for a new wetroom to be installed.
Then more problems started...
- Problem 1: the deliveries of the items didn't arrive on the days that we scheduled the deliveries for - perhaps Bathstore think that we all sit around at home waiting for our deliveries
- Problem 2: when the bathroom fitter arrived he noticed that the flooring that the online 'consultant' (for lack of a better word) said was suitable for the wetroom wasn't even waterproof. It was also the wrong colour. So we had to stop our work and drive out to a local store to correct this error for the first time that week. This involved buying different floor tiles and paying the fitter extra to install them.
- Problem 3: the online 'consultant' (cough cough) didn't order a membrane to go under the floor tiles so we then had to go and buy one. With out this the wetroom could leak into the room below.
- Problem 4: the only 8 of the 23 boxes of wall tiles were delivered. This involved yet again taking a trip out in the car and paying out more money to correct.
- Problem 5: when we called Bathstore to try to correct these errors they didn't pick up most of the times and when they did they called us liars.
- Problem 6: the Bathstore 'consultant' still insisted that we needed only 8 boxes of wall tiles despite the fact that this would be not even be half of the tiles to complete our wetroom.
We are now trying to get compensation for all of the extra costs that built up to correct the incompetent 'consultants' errors. Basically, don't buy from Bathstore unless you intend to take a trip out in your car almost everyday of the installation to pay out more money in an attempt to correct the errors caused buy this rude and incompetent store.”

Delivery has taken over a month and still not arrived via DHL. Due to the delivery taking so long we have had to cancel the plumber and the other trades causing us to not be able to rebook until the items do arrive, so who knows when we’ll have a finished bathroom.
Customer Services are totally useless and really do not give a ————- about their clients.
All the other items ordered from various companies all arrived within 3 days, why can the bath store not be able to do the same?
