More specifically I was told it was located on DFW airport grounds only about 90 miles from my house. Was also told they had the batteries for my order IN-Stock at said location therefore my order would be fulfilled by last Friday (April 5th) since my order was received on Monday April 1st before 5. It must’ve been an April Fools joke. I Still haven’t got and delivery. They shipped from Utah to Kansas, then to Kansas, then to Oklahoma. I was totally lied too. Still have NO batteries in hand to review”

We did have the batteries in stock in Dallas, but we tested them before sending them out to you and they failed our tests. Our team worked to find another warehouse with the batteries you ordered and arranged for those to be sent to you. I apologize that our communication wasn't up to par about this change.
