I contacted the company via their "contact us" radio button on their web site and very promptly received a reply providing me with a direct answer to my inquiry. In my case shipping took a few days which I was very much in favor of particularily since it greatly reduced my shipping costs which quite frankly sometimes causes me not to ofder someting because the shipping is sometimes more than the actual item(s) ordered. Very pleased with my entire interaction with this company. Based on my purchase transaction, I absoutely give this company 5 stars. I received some hand written notes better identifying my purchase items rather than just putting everything in a box and making me sort the items. May not always happen but it sure did this time!!!
