“There is nothing wrong with the boiler. However, when my service was booked through them, they texted on the day to say it was cancelled and gave me an alternative apt. I couldn’t make. The only alternative to rearrange meant me ringing them. I was on hold for at least 40 minutes. The service was above average cost and I had to pay in advance so all in all, not good service at all and in future I will get someone else to service.”
