“Useless. I have a fault with my boiler which requires a Baxi engineer. As of Thursday pm I have had no hot water or heating, Baxi "cannot" send an engineer until Tuesday. Baxi are willing to leave a home and family without hot water or heating for five days (and over a Bank Holiday weekend).”

“Been installed 4 year's and from first installation E133 fault constantly flagging. We've carried out every thing baxi engineers suggested work to be carried out and we've put up with resetting faulty boiler. So after 4 plus year's enough is enough of engineer visits carrying out work nothing related to the E133 fault or is there a serious electrical problem with the main board they don't want to address, now they are using health and safety issue of confined space issue working on boiler time I think to rip it out and fit another reliable brand”
“Got a a Baxi boiler installed 1 year ago from a company with a good reputation ,got it serviced by them when due, fault occured heat xchanger replaced engineer said dirty system caused it, if it happens again they will not repace it, boiler had a 6 year guarantee BUT if a enhibitor and a filter installed then guarantee becomes 10 year guarantee which was done, contacted installer said system had been flushed and cleaned at installation and filter cleaned at service, Baxi engineer No. 833 left, I discovered NO heating called Baxi help line was told next available appointment Sat 30th Nov. date now Wed.27th Nov. Bitter cold here tonight, called installer out he found water inside the caseing also a small wire not been re plugged into the control board. Now waiting on Baxi engineer on Sat. as installer said to get them to check inside caseing as he found water, just incase Baxi engineer has left a leak. Shocking customer service and incompetent engineer.”

A one star review is actually a compliment for this cowboy company. My boiler is 11 months old and had a fault with the water pressure not going up past 0.6 when it should between 1.0 and 1.5. bar and it’s been this way for a while. I phoned Baxi as it’s under warranty and they came out straight away which was good, however the engineer said he couldn’t get the pressure any higher and didn’t know how to fix it, told me to get in touch with the installer and then left for another job.
30 mins later at 6pm I noticed the boiler was leaking onto the floor so I rang Baxi and explained the engineer couldn’t fix the boiler and now the boiler has a leak which wasn’t there before and WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. I asked for them to send someone out to stop the leak and the reply I got was ‘I’m not given that option on the screen to send someone’. I explained your engineer has caused the leak and I need someone out to stop it. She said there’s nothing I can do you need to get in touch with whoever fitted your boiler. She had no empathy and no interest in helping me what diabolical customer service!
I am now left with a leaking boiler and a watermark on the ceiling - plus the reason we originally called Baxi out is still a problem. In a nutshell I have a boiler under warranty as it’s less than a year old, and no one to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs as they are not interested in the company just your money!”
“I have a baxi 400 boiler, it's been serviced regularly and still under warranty. I had a issue with my boiler so contacted baxi who sent a engineer out to take a look. My boiler is situated in my kitchen attic space so the engineer could not look at it due to health and safety reasons,which I totally understand if that is company policy. The engineer informed me that he would order the parts for me and they would be delivered to my address. One week later, no parts, no heating, no hot water. And no joy from the call centre. Overall a completely unprofessional service by all involved. The calm centre were ringing back within the hour. 24hours later no call back, no parts no explanation. Well played Baxi you have completely had my eyes out here by doing very little to help. And after all under warranty. (Worthless warranty cover). AVOID,AVOID, AVOID at all costs.”

“Moved into a new property only 3 years old, there is a Baxi combi boiler fitted and I have had nothing but problems with it for the last few weeks. After reading terrible reviews regarding your customer aftercare service I called my local plumber to come and take a look as my first problem was no hot water, when he realised it was a baxi he sighed saying he wouldn’t touch these boilers with a barge pole.
Anyway he started work on the boiler , got the hot water working again with a new part, then explained there was so much c- - p in the system and corroded parts that needed replacing , he did so much then said that it wasn’t cost effective to do anymore work on it, he has got it working for now but I will be looking to replace it with a vaillant combo boiler in the next year. For a boiler that’s less than 3 years old my plumber said it’s an absolute shambles, I really am very angry and upset especially as I have lost my husband and my mum in the last few months and have had so much expense anyway, my plumber has kindly tried to keep costs down as much as he can, but I’m still left with a hefty bill.

“I arranged to have my baxi boiler service on the 9th May with Tracy, due to the property not being occupied and a 2hr drive away I contacted them the day before to confirm and was informed it was.
Needless to say no engineer attended and they did not let me know that he wouldn't be attending.
I then foolishly decided to give them a second change and another visit was arranged for the 24th July this time with Sharon Dickinson. On the 18th I emailed requesting confirmation of attendance, which Sharon confirmed on the 20th, I then rung in on the 23rd and once again had confirmation of attendance from Sharon. Come the 24th with no engineer I called in the afternoon to ask what was happening. I first got Tracy in customer services who said there was no engineer visit showing for my property today and that Sharon Dickinson can't book engineers in. I then called again and got a gentleman who said it was showing on his system that the visit was cancelled this morning at 7.45 - but could not explain why I hadn't been informed. I then asked to speak to a manager - and I'm still waiting for the manger to contact me. I am also waiting for them to return the money they demanded I pay in May .
Baxi do not give a dam about their customers and therefore I would urge you not to buy their products since you will receive no support once they have your money.
They are a total farce and haven't got a clue how to operate.”

“Baxi what a joke, I’ve been waiting for a Baxi engineer to fix the leak in my boiler that is causing my electricity to trip many times a day still no one, the engineer who came to fix this problem came here in May, he broke the board then refused to fix it in the meantime I’ve had to pay £450 to get it done rang them this morning to tell them the board is fixed to be told I have to go up the attic and take pics for proof, I can’t climb up the attic due to my disability’s had the told me they wanted proof I would have had the guy who fixed it to take pics… fuming with this company is an understatement”
