“Supposed to get 2 x free beans with Curry’s Breville machine. Had to register with beans coffe e club & give bank card details. Still no way to claim free beans. Rang twice - told that someone would ring me back - they definitely did not. Eventually received 1 x small bag of mediocre beans which cost me £7.99. Had to deregister to stop further payments. My advice would be - avoid like the plague.”

Hi Stephen. Apologues about your experience. We were incredibly busy on the phone lines due to the Currys promotion. Just looking at your account it seems the promotional code was not entered at the checkout, therefore you did not receive your discount. “I was really disappointed to have to subscribe to get the free coffee beans that were on offer with the coffee machine I bought from Curry's. I think this is a cynical marketing ploy. I did sign up to get the first free delivery and then cancelled. The coffee beans were really lovely. Had they simply been issued at the same time as the machine I would definitely have ordered more. As a result of the approach taken, I will not be ordering any more.”

“Cancelled second free batch not to my liking. First and second grind were different in granular size with there being no option for returns ie you either like it or not I guess I’’m not into chucking ~£8 in the in every 2weeks No complaint about service I’m just go to stick to a coffe I know I like rather than feelin trendy “oh get a different coffee every week” lol”

“Amazing range of roasters and coffees to try. Definitely getting great quality for more than reasonable prices, on top of that the subscriptions are so flexible, they are so easy to deal with, always friendly and couldn’t do any more to help! If you love your coffee…..this is the place to be!”
