Not happy, We were charged 7.99 for coffee that didn't get delivered. Asked to go around the neighbours to see if they had it and they haven't. Tracking showed that showed coffee had been delivered to a different address to ours to empty house. No replacement received or refund despite disputing it and correspondence has stopped.

Only just signed up as there was an offer for 2 free coffee pouches with the purchase of a new coffee machine. It’s difficult to leave a poor review for something offered free, but first impressions were not great. The first pouch arrived split open at the sides and the top. Ground coffee was in my letterbox, my floor and my clothes. The coffee taste is ok but nothing special. The packaging was poor quality and looked cheap anyway. I won’t be continuing to use the service and will simply buy from supermarkets. Thanks, Simon.

Hi Simon I am really sorry to hear about your experience. It is very rare for a bag to split while in the mail but it can happen. We are always happy to send a replacement. I was really disappointed to have to subscribe to get the free coffee beans that were on offer with the coffee machine I bought from Curry's. I think this is a cynical marketing ploy. I did sign up to get the first free delivery and then cancelled. The coffee beans were really lovely. Had they simply been issued at the same time as the machine I would definitely have ordered more. As a result of the approach taken, I will not be ordering any more.

Unfortunately both orders where not to my taste, would be nice to be able to choose your own and see what’s available to order.instead.

I was supposed to receive 2 free bags as part of the currys promotion. I only got the 1 hence the poor rating.

Beans arrived late (first delivery) and not sure the quality is very high for the money. Will see how the second batch hold up.

Hi Katie, sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. I understand that the delay was caused by the Royal Mail who are still experiencing some delays with parcels. I believe our support team did keep you up dated about the delivery and offered a replacement. In regards to the quality, the coffee you received is highly rated by our members with a score of 4.8 out of 5. All our coffees are speciality graded and freshly roasted to order and we have many award winning coffees included 10 Great Taste Award winners.
