“Ordered an item and received it promptly so shipping was good. The item seemed to be of good quality. There was an issue on whether the item was the size I ordered or not but it turned out to be the correct size item that I ordered. My only complaint was their lack of communication. I had been waiting a couple of days on the exchange that I was told would be coming but never received it. After contacting them again I was informed that there woud be no exchange due to the fact that they had shipped the correct size originally and I did not qualify for an exchange. If I hadn't had initiated the communication in regards to the exchange not being issued I would have never known it wasn't coming. Seems to be a good company but they need to work on their communications with their customers. Our time is as important as theirs.”

Mr. Barnes, we definitely apologize for the lack of good communication on our end and we certainly didn't intend to waste your time. As people who work on vehicles ourselves, we understand the costs of downtime. We've taken a look at everything that happened and have taken steps to implement better processes to hopefully not have issues like this happen again in the future. Despite what happened, we're certainly thankful for the review. If you need suspension parts in the future, we hope you allow us to earn your business again.
