Stole my money, stupid customer service, don't reply to my emails, still haven't got a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not recommend. :(

Customer service a total joke. Returned two products and have only received a partial refund. Have been going back and forth with customer services for over a week now to get this resolved and have neither the time nor the inclination to carry on doing so. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

Dreadfull service. Ordered two items and supplied one with the other being neither supplied or refunded. I have requested a refund seven times now and have been told that the accounts dept are processing. Four weeks later still no refund and i have had to open a paypal dispute. Just not worth the hastle.. shop elsewhere.

My order took about 4 weeks to arrive. I'm surprised I even got my order, honestly. Their customer service is absolute garbage and I can only assume that their ratings on trustpilot are fake.

Awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!placed an order end of nov. as a Christmas gift. they said it was dispatched but end of Jan now and no sign customer service????????? joke stay well away.

Absolutely discussed!!! I never received the palette!! They said it had been delivered and received; it hadn't!! What a pack of lies!! Absolute joke!! I will NEVER shop with this company again!!! I waited ages for a refund!! There is no custumer service person you can speak to on the phone, the number on the site goes through to the marketing department, the girl on the line was rude and useless!!! could only type to someone via live chat. Which took forever for my case to be resolved!!

Long story short every order I have from them is either wrong or damaged. I email them, DM them on twitter and get ignored. I sent the orders back with trackable shipping (which paypal told me to do) they still ignored me so paypal refunded me. I have had an email today from Hannah from Beauty Bay's "Customer Service" team who has said sent me a vile, threatening email claiming that they never received goods back. Good job I sent the goods back via recorded delivery. Will never use again!

Do not order from this site I ordered a lip gloss which stated 3 to 5 days delivery middle of November and still nothing. I requested a refund second week of december and still nothing. Replies to emails were unhelpful and my last email sent nearly a week ago has not been replied to. Will never order from this site again

Awful company, a package was ordered on 26th Nov but not yet received. The only way to contact them is via email, a refund has been requested still nothing received, do not trust that this company will refund what is due back to us.

Worst company ever. I received faulty good and for the last one week have tried contacting them but they have no nb and have not responded. The finance department team were so unhelpful and kept cutting the line when I was asking for assistance I could not believe the unprofessionalism and rudeness the guy who answered refused to give me the name of the company director when I asked as I was so upset with the service but he was so rude to me and hanged up. In the I gave up ringing. They have no customer service skills at all. Honestly spent so much money with this company in good faith but they are cons and still not responded back and can not even reach anyone. This has caused me unneccessary stress. I would advise not to shop with this company once you pay and receive faulty goods they are so difficult to contact and only way is via email and even then they dont reply they are so so unhelpful. Worst customer service experience i have ever experienced with an online retail company. I would never advise this company. They stock great brands but worst company ever to buy from.

Ordered £130 of goods for my daughter for Christmas and was promised next day delivery. Nothing turned up and 7 days later Beauty Bay are saying Hermes have lost it. Now the amazing free gift is no longer available

I actually wanted to give no stars if I am honest. I ordered £200 of various products for my daughter for Christmas as the end of November. Ended up e.mailing, tweeting & FB messaging BB to try & find out where the goods are. They eventually came back & said they were sorry the courier must have lost the order, no offer to replace ASAP. Chances are most of the things I ordered will be out of stock now :(

Wish I’d read some of these reviews before making a purchase! Awful company, no customer service skills at all. I ordered 3 items, returned 2 and included my original delivery note for ID. They’re saying they haven’t received them and are not able to trace them. Absolutely fuming and left out of pocket. No phone number to ring, take days to reply to an email, and even when they do reply its no use as they haven’t read the previous ones, so you have to repeat yourself over and over.

I have had the WORST first experience with Beauty Bay... over two weeks since I placed my order and I still do not have it. Supposedly the order was first delivered to a neighbor- I was at my apt all day and there was no attempt to deliver the order to my apt. Then after bothering all my neighbors (whom I have never spoken to before) asking after my order, the c/s department tells me the order was delivered to a random shop that isn't even on my street. It takes DAYS for a reply from the c/s dept and it is always a new person responding to the same email thread without reading the previous emails so I'm constantly repeating myself in the emails. Absolutely unacceptable and really a terrible first experience.

Made an order of £122 so you would assume they would appreciate the customer. Still haven't received the items which were supposed to be 'next day.' Wasted so much time waiting for them at home. Absolutely ridiculous first and last time i order of them think i will stick to cult beauty and shopping in store. No response from their team who you can only email !? How are they a well known company !??? Shocking money thieves. Daylight robbers.

The problem with buying from this company is not the products but once you buy something from them they bombard you with spam mail every single day. I personally dislike companies that think they have the right to infringe on your privacy and send these annoying emails every day just because you spend money with them. With regards to the company's reply to my feedback, I would just like to add that I do not expect to have to go into a company's website or spend time digging down into emails to try to find the very small (nearly) hidden link that companies try to hide by making the link tiny and in gray to unsubscribe! Why should I have to do this just because I made a purchase from a company? As said "Most companies (including this one) think they have a god given right to bombard us with advertising just because we made a purchase from them!" Because of this, I will go out of my way to use one of their competitors the next time my daughter requires products such as this company sell.

Used to be such a big fan of this site but this is the second time they have sent me a used lipstick and customer services are not being helpful. Not worth the time of hopefully getting unused lipstick
