I have had the WORST first experience with Beauty Bay... over two weeks since I placed my order and I still do not have it. Supposedly the order was first delivered to a neighbor- I was at my apt all day and there was no attempt to deliver the order to my apt. Then after bothering all my neighbors (whom I have never spoken to before) asking after my order, the c/s department tells me the order was delivered to a random shop that isn't even on my street. It takes DAYS for a reply from the c/s dept and it is always a new person responding to the same email thread without reading the previous emails so I'm constantly repeating myself in the emails. Absolutely unacceptable and really a terrible first experience.

Made an order of £122 so you would assume they would appreciate the customer. Still haven't received the items which were supposed to be 'next day.' Wasted so much time waiting for them at home. Absolutely ridiculous first and last time i order of them think i will stick to cult beauty and shopping in store. No response from their team who you can only email !? How are they a well known company !??? Shocking money thieves. Daylight robbers.

The problem with buying from this company is not the products but once you buy something from them they bombard you with spam mail every single day. I personally dislike companies that think they have the right to infringe on your privacy and send these annoying emails every day just because you spend money with them. With regards to the company's reply to my feedback, I would just like to add that I do not expect to have to go into a company's website or spend time digging down into emails to try to find the very small (nearly) hidden link that companies try to hide by making the link tiny and in gray to unsubscribe! Why should I have to do this just because I made a purchase from a company? As said "Most companies (including this one) think they have a god given right to bombard us with advertising just because we made a purchase from them!" Because of this, I will go out of my way to use one of their competitors the next time my daughter requires products such as this company sell.

Used to be such a big fan of this site but this is the second time they have sent me a used lipstick and customer services are not being helpful. Not worth the time of hopefully getting unused lipstick

Rubbish customer service. I have never know a company that doesn't have a phone line to contact customers. Even the marketing department unable to help. They say email. I tried to explain they don't read them correctly. As a company marketing and customer services not very good at all.

Shocking customer service. No parcel and no contact number. Have fb messaged. Tweeted. Emailed to no avail. I am £70 out of pocket and will be taking this further

Would give no stars if I could. Total liars. Received wrong goods but they refuse to answer emails and I have been left to cover cost of return. Give this awful company a wide berth!

Awful company, the fact you cant actually ring and speak to anyone means if there is a problem (like i had) it doesn't get resolved and takes hours/days to get an online response which wasn't helpful at all. They show online there is a customer service line yet if you ring it its a recorded response saying to visit the website and fill in online form. The fact that Hermes delivers does not help as they are just as bad and obviously stole or mis-delivered my parcel ( so i never got it)! All beauty bay replied after telling me they would look into it and speak to driver was it was delivered through gates (which was on my delivery email anyway!) Dont waste your money on this company as you'll end up spending hours stressing and trying to communicate with them and them pushing you aside. Such a joke!

Thieves: Ordered items, incorrect item arrived (could tell from picking note left in my parcel that warehouse person knew he/she had picked wrong item). Contacted them by phone (no answer, just voice mail). Contacted them by email, automated reply thanking me for my email. No reply and no refund. i've had to buy the item (£29.99) elsewhere and I've lost my money. Never give these thieves your business

Never received $100+ parcel. 20 emails back & forth attempting to correct. Left stonewalled and very angry. Attempting to save a few dollars lost me over a hundred. DISREPUTABLE COMPANY‼️ My bank has law suit.

Out of 4 order 3 did not came, even though I tried differe t addresses. The costumer service is ridiculous they only answer in template messages no matter what you do. They will never even apologize or make you feel better. Also if you order a discounted item, they just going to 'lose it' and refund the money even though you asked to send it again because on the website it's still in stock just on normal price again. I will never order again.

I placed an order of some items that had a little bit of a discount, which according to BeautyBay, should arrive within 5 to 7 working days. My order never arrived and after a month and three automated responses to my emails finally someone answered me to tell me to sign a paper stating I did not receive my order. After sending it back they proceeded to give me a refund denying me the possibility to send the items again. The items were not on sale anymore so after telling them, they agreed that if I placed the same order again I would get a refund for the price difference to honor the price I originally paid. After several days I had to write to them because I didn’t get the refund, due to “technical issues” according to them. Well, it has been way over a month AGAIN and I am not getting my second order either. They told me over week ago that I would get a refund and I haven’t got it yet. This is extremely outrageous! And they have the guts to blame me for choosing the free delivery option instead for paying for a tracking number! Utterly ridiculous!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEAUTYBAY.

Says next day delivery, ordered 4 days ago and still no package. Customer services doesnt reply to mail or instagram. Deletes all comments from instagram stating this. They also start Fake competitions on instagram

Lesson number 1 : I stupidly bought items from this company before I checked the reviews. I received my order on time but I paid extra for the gift box. The box has black marks over it (it's a white box) and it is burst at the edges and on the lid, this is supposed to be a gift box!!!! They have stuffed everything I ordered into it and forced it closed! Lesson number 2 is : EVERYTHING I bought from Beauty Bay I could've got EXACT same on Ebay for nearly half the price, I stupidly didn't shop around. I was going to try and return the items but on reading some of the reviews I might not bother as there's no telling ig I'll see my money again.. and put it down to experience......a bad experience! Moral of the story is....check the prices everywhere and more importantly CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER!!

DO NOT buy from them! They do NOT have ANY customer services what so ever - They lost my order - and did not even bother to respond to my complaint. The phone numbers on goggle - will tell you that they operate on weekdays 9-5 - however when you call during those hours - you will hear a recorded message saying that they donot entertain calls on that number! Its a joke of a company!

So this is in regards to an order I placed on the 21st of June 2017, Order Ref: 1F0Z-GYLO-DC40-V. I got an email from Hermes on the 22nd June 2017 that they have successfully delivered my order. I was a little surprised, because me and my husband were both working from home that day, and we had never heard the doorbell or even a knock on the door. there was no note left at the door as well. I went out to check if they left it outside the door - however the package was no where to be found. I logged on to the website and was very very disappointed to see that there was no number I could call to get my concerns addressed with Hermes or Beautybay, I couldn't even find a customer care email address on the website. So, I contacted the Customer service on beautybay chat (this was done in the afternoon of the 22nd June itself) - I spoke to a lady called Rochelle, who assured me that she had raised my complaint - and that I will hear back from Beauty Bay in the next 24 hours. I even told her that it was my daughters bday on the 25th June - and my order was meant for her bday present - so I was quite desperate to get hold of it in time, she assured me that I will definitely hear back from them, and will get hold of my order in time. However Its the 27th today - and I have heard 'nothing, back from Rochelle - or the Beauty Bay customer services - Needless to say I am extremely upset. I am here to warn EVERYONE - please DO NOT buy from them - unless you want to go through what I have gone through!

I am very disappointed in the customer service i've had from this company, my boyfriend purchased me a set of BH brushes for Christmas. I have used the brushes once for a night out, the next day I cleaned my brushes with soapy water like I do with my other brushes ive got ( clinque, ebay, bare minerals ). I then went to dry them and noticed the handles had cracks all down the handles of my BH brushes. ( That isn't right !!! ) I certainly wont be using this website again and wont be recommending anyone to buy from it!!
