Dear beauty bay, I really Am so upset with you! I really don’t want to email you guys because it takes forever to hear back from you and I need this ASAP! my name is Poppy Stevens and I have a beauty bay account and I am so so stressed out about this. I have got a beauty bay gift voucher for Christmas and activated it 2 days ago. It told me to wait 2 days for it to be used, so I did. Now I have got everything in my basket ready to pay and you guys make it so freaking complicated to use this stupid gift voucher! So It finally discounted my voucher and I still had some money to pay. So I payed and it went through into my bank. Then 10 minutes later didn’t go through my bank and so I tried to pay again on the website and now it says that I have used my gift voucher when I haven’t!! Can I please have some professional help I am so fed up with beauty bay I’m NEVER using it again!! Please please help me out! Thank you Poppy

Ordered Skinceuticals CE ferulic from Beauty Bay. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Poor packaging. Opened it and it fizzed all over my sink ... they said they would send a replacement. Now nearly Jan and nothing despite contacting them by email serveral times - with photos of spilt product.

Horrible experience with shipping and customer service Shopping on Beauty Bay has taught me one thing. Everything is fine until a problem arises. As soon as that happens they either ignore your emails or are completely unwilling to actually solve the issue. I do not even know why I bothered buying from them again since I had a bad experience in the past too. I only know that this will certainly be the last time after what happened. My parcel was dispatched on November 16 and today, a month later, I have not received it yet. I paid 5 euros for delivery and it was supposed to arrive in 7-10 working days, something that of course never happened. Instead, my parcel shows no tracking update since November 24. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me that they will contact the courier and get back to me. However, it has been more than a week since then and I wonder how long it takes them to track a parcel. It feels like they are just ignoring me and trying to avoid giving me a refund. They do not seem to realise that, whether the delay is their fault or the courier's fault, I placed my order on their shop so it is their responsibility to find a solution promptly. At this point, I am so disappointed and angry with the shipping as well as the customer service that I just want my money back now.

Outrageous experience with Beauty Bay. In less than 24 hours my purchase was in my hand. Packed carefully with tissue paper for me to use as my purchase was a present. Along with 10% off my next purchase and a bottle of hand sanitiser. I'm in awe. Thank you!

I would say this is my worst shopping experience. It is all easy and quick to shop but then its almost 3 weeks now and i got a email to review the products. How would i do that? there is no way i can cancel my order. My friends also had the same problem and will never use this website to reorder.

Have sent messages on Facebook and Instagram. Also posted on posts they have posted for an update on my order. Not one reply. Placed my order 3 days ago and have have no communication since. Says my order was dispatched but got no tracking number to track. Absolute disgrace for getting back to customers. Will never order off yous again and the customer service is non existing

Such a horrible website and poor customer service, I Ordered over €100 worth of products got a haul number and they took my money. Auto correct changed my address and i didn't notice until i had placed the order, i have contacted them several times and they refused to make any amendments due to the fact that they are so busy due to black friday. Beauty Bay has plenty of competitors to choose from. I would urge you to pick from any one of them, over this rude, unhelpful company that has proven they could not care less about their customers, so long as they have their money.

My products were as described, well packaged and arrived quickly. However, I bought on Beauty Bay because the prices of the products and shipping were reasonable, until I received a notice saying "duties" were due before my package would be released upon reaching Canada. The package had also been opened and noted by Canada Post as damaged! Defeats the purpose of shopping online during a Pandemic for lower prices, when you get charged duty equal to half the cost of what you paid for your items! Won't be shopping with Beauty Bay ever again, plus I am still waiting for the second order I placed a few days after the first order. My second order seems to be stuck in limbo, and I know I will have to pay more duty on this second package! Customer service was a "Bot" when I tried to contact them, and totally useless. Not happy! Definitely shopping elsewhere. I will also not be paying duty on this second order and it can return back to Beauty Bay!

Such a horrible website and poor customer service, I ordered several products on the 8th of November and chose next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived!! Tried contacting them more than once and still haven't received anything. Hermes has also stolen my parcel after they received it and when I contacted them tried to tell me they couldn't find my parcel? LOOOL but its funny how I got an email saying my parcel was at their local depot. DONT ORDER FROM BEAUTY BAY AND DONT TRUST HERMES

Ordered over $100 of products got a haul number and they took my money. Now they are saying my haul number is nothing and I never put an order in! Thankfully I paid with PayPal so have put a dispute in but never buy from beauty bay!

I placed an order and 4 days later i noticed it had still not been dispatched so i contacted their customer services team to find out that there was an error on their system which meant they took payment but did not process the order. I was told i would be be refunded in full within 5 - 10 days. It has now been over 2 weeks and still NO REFUND. I have contacted them AGAIN and told that my refund was never processed and would have to wait another 3 - 5 days!!!! absolute joke of a company, customer services haven't got a clue. I will never order from there again and i will make sure everyone i know knows about them!

I ordered 4 products from The Ordinary, was up at 1am waiting for the restock manager to get them and paid straight away! I have been waiting since the 26th of July for my products! I fill out a form and get the same bs automated response but still no actual response from the team! DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTY BAY! Cult beauty is way more reliable!

Yesterday I wanted to order two "The Ordinary" products, and together they cost about 11£. Next thing I see, they have completely changed the shipping costs, and shipping to Bosina is now 30£! Which is insanely expensive! It costs more than those products together! And they didn't even inform me as their customer that they changed their shipping policy. That is so rude. I am deleting my account today. Congrats, you lost another customer.

I ordered a parcel from Beauty Bay that was supposed to be delivered on 17 August 2020. However, the next day I received an update from their courier (Hermes) that there was an issue with my address (?!). When I contacted Hermes, they told me to speak to Beauty Bay directly. Let me first say, never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely by a customer support team. Nor have I ever received such little help from a retailer. Trying to get updates and a resolution from Beauty Bay has been like a full-time job over the last 12 days, and it still isn’t over. I contacted Beauty Bay to tell them what had happened, and since I was leaving the address on the 21 August, they advised that I requested a stop and return so that the parcel wouldn’t arrive when I’m no longer at the address. I’m sure you can already see where this is going. After a few more ‘failed’ delivery attempts while I was at the address - I was never actually told what the issue with the address was, and for the life of me I can’t imagine what it could possibly be, particularly since no one thought to contact me directly to ask for help - I have now left. Today, lo and behold, I receive an update that the parcel has been miraculously delivered. Despite numerous requests for the parcel to be stopped and returned, and despite explaining the situation. Also, despite the fact that the parcel was not delivered during the correct timeframe. It has been so stressful trying to squeeze any updates out of Beauty Bay, or get any help whatsoever. I’ve been brushed off and spoken to unbelievably rudely. Despite the fact that I still don’t have my parcel and will be unable to get hold of it due to their own error, and despite the fact that they have just lost a customer, they have not offered so much as a proper apology, or even any kind of compensation. Beauty Bay has plenty of competitors to choose from. I would urge you to pick from any one of them, over this rude, unhelpful company that has proven they could not care less about their customers, so long as they have their money.

Beauty Bay participates in fraud. Do not trust them, do not buy from them, do not give them your money. They re NOT legit. They help criminals steal your information. Once you PROVE that the transaction was fraudulent, they tell you they can't help since you didn't make the purchase. This is a crime, it's fraud and it's not right. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTY BAY.

I received my items today face spray half bottle empty Loose powder was opened and not secured spreads all overs the other products I recommend to buy only face pallets it’s the only thing makes me cool down

Scam company and disgusting customer service! My parcel was lost and confirmed to be lost by Hermes, yet I am being denied a refund. I was taken round and round in circles before being eventually completely ignored! They will keep every penny they can hold onto, regardless of whether it is legal or illegal. My rights as a customer means I am owed that refund for the products I never got. Stop stealing from your customers beautybay! Your Twitter page is filled with the same stories! Refund what is not yours to keep! They keep sending emails saying they will contact Hermes... it's been a week and they are supposedly only just contacting the company that they said they would contact 1 week ago? Sounds like a lying and scamming company. Give me my refund! Give me my refund beautybay, you ate illegally holding onto my money!
